Just returned from a two night trip with my sister and stayed here. On the negative side... room very basic, no balcony, and in the well of the hotel, so no view, but as only for 2 nights it was okay. The breakfast buffet was a real bun fight, and really not worth the effort !! On the positives.... bathroom and bed linen were first class.. room very clean and plumbing and shower very good .Hotel staff friendly and helpful. The bar only seemed to be open at mealtimes, but if you wanted something someone will get it for you. Wine very cheap and bottled water expensive in comparison. This hotel is in an excellent location, at the start of the old town and probably 50 mtrs from the promenade, for a lovely walk.

This hotel is as excellent located hotel right in the heart off the old town. The staff are extremley friendly, the food is excellent considering what you pay(if you like plain english food ie fish and chips and stuff like that) then you wont like the food. The hotel is basic but extremly clean the single room 601 one is a must with a great balcony and views. This hotel caters for spanish holiday makers more than brits, but all extremly welcome didnt c any kids in the hotel, which not wanting to be rude to families was great.. sum it up i loved it ................

Room Tip: 601 single

I stayed 1 night with my wifr and 15 year old daughter. Our triple room was clean, spacious but very basic. Location is excellent for the beaches and bars. The hotel reception staff were helpful, polite and spoke decent English. We didn`t manage to get up in time to sample the breakfast. To sum up I would say this Hotel is on the basic side of basic, but it`s what I would expect at 55 euros a night

Four adults stayed here for one night in June 2009. Found the hotel to be very clean and conveniently located for the Tapas bars in the old town. Rooms were basic but bright and clean (rooms 207 and 208). Our rooms were located at the back of the hotel so no noise from the street, there was however a constant humming noise coming from machinery (possibly AC) but not too loud. Breakfast was adequate, bread rolls, croissants, cheese, ham, cereals, fruit, coffee and juice all served buffet style. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again for a night and would recommend it to anyone looking for one or two nights accommodation in the old town.

Booked a holiday with Easyjet .Flights to and from were ok and on time, the problems started on arrival at the hotel as there was no hot water and no central heating.
We complained about the lack of hot water but found that the boiler for the entire hotel was not working.
We asked to be moved and this took four days.
There was no Easyjet rep in site to assist and with basic Spannish(nil) and staff very unhelpful the situation was unbearable to say the least.
When we were moved we ended up in the Princessa Hotel which was excellent and a hotel we would recommend.
Easyjet have not replied to our complaint and we will not be using them again or this hotel.

There are only 2 rooms as shown on the picture on the website. The rest of the rooms are only half as big : unsufficient for 3 persons. Cold : heating on maximum : result : 20 °C. You have to pay a deposit for the 2 zappers (TV and heating) : never in my life have I had to do that.
Food : not fit for pigs. When after a few days we brought in our own ham for breakfast, remarks were made.
Price : cheap for the normal days, however : for the Christmas en NewYears meals we paid a lot, what we got was not worth a tenth of what we paid for it.
Interesting location if you don't have a car : no parking space, unless you want to pay €15,00 a day.
At night a lot of noise in the street (drunk people) .
Don't go there!
