Our first impressions of this hotel was not good, as soon as we got into our room my 13 yr old son started cryng and wanted to go home along with my husband. The room consisted of 4 single beds cramped into a average size room, not good! luckily the air condition was top class, kids ended up calling the room the north pole by the end of the holiday because it was that cold. We put drinks and snacks underneath the air con and it kept them cold all day/night.

Room - far too small for anymore that 2 people, and i was told all rooms where same size, very clean and towels changed daily.
Hotel - very clean, needs updating. entertainment needs updating also.
staff - very friendly, no complaints, esp Angel and Pancho
Food and drink - cannot complain, something different everyday. snacks available all day except at meal times. On all inclusive you could get any drink you wanted including cocktails (local labels) kids could get non alcoholic cocktails also, just make sure you emphasis you want non alcoholic, as i had a few with alcohol in them!
location - close to old town and only 10min walk to the beach, would probably be quicker if we didnt stop at shops on way down!!

I would come back to this hotel but only if they extend the rooms, i could not stay here again with 4 people cramped into one room, such a shame because it is a good low budget hotel.

Room Tip: ask for a pool view or you will be facing a large wall

to be honest its not for the yung at all if u ask me. thers no music durin the day n its just burin the food was sometimes ok unless u love uncooked sausages and beef burgers. il give some of the staff a big high 5 but most are snotty or just do not understand you. u do kind of get your value for money exspeshally if you r a drinker. kiddies entertainment is good but the hotel itself its just not suitable for us teens.....

Went with 3 female friends in May 12, excellent hotel for the money, we'll be booking for next year.! Food, drink & service spot on, rooms clean, facilities beyond a 2 star, near the old town, very friendly. Only gripe with pool area, not enough seating, sunbeds having towels on for most of the day unoccupied, could do with some music outside also.

Room Tip: Ask for pool view

well where do i start, we got 2 the hotel at 10pm 2 find a plater of cold meats had been kept for use just in case we hadnt eaten which was a lovely touch because we didnt expect it! the room was clean and tidy and the staff couldnt do enought to help! the place was a mix with lots of spanish aswel as people frm the UK! the bar staff where Great but they dont no half measures all inclusive was well worth it as the food was always plentyful, hot and fresh the snack bar during the day was always full! 10 mins frm the beach its a great loation for familys as well as young groups as 3 young lads (20-23) we spoke 2 every1 and got 2 know every1, met some amazing people and had a blast! the hotel doesnt look much but my word does it punch above its 2 star rating! pancho runs the activitys during the day and is great! he trys 2 get every1 involved, jason does most of the entertainment at night and altho you can tell he hasnt got much of a budget 2 work with he is great! a proper nice bloke! once again the bar staff are great laugh but if your ordering a large amount of drinks do so be4 11.20pm because the do get a real rush after 11.30 with every1 geting there last orders in! to some up id stay here again in a heart beat! i dont no it my judgement is clouded by the amount of great people i met there (staff inclued) but il defo be seen lounging by the pool again soon!

When we first walked in to this hotel we were not impressed, but after the first night we were a lot happier and this got better. It is truly all-inclusive and the staff are brilliant. The meals are varied and hot and there is a good variety of sweets.(pity about spanish bacon though)
The pool is not very large but seemed to be adequate. It is within easy walking distance of all the facilities both in the old town and in the new town.
The only down size was the lack of entertainment, there was a mini-disco for the kids which they enjoyed and then a diploma presentation for all the day-time activities, both for kids and adults. It then came to a stop most nights although the compere/host Jason worked very hard.
Overall we enjoyed our 7 days there but it loses the 5th star over the lack of entertainment.

Ok so wasnt the best but for 2 star cant expect everything, got clean towels and linin everyday and never paid for a thing so truly all inclusive. As we are a gay couple it was in perfect walking distance to the gay scene for us and allowed us to have some wicked nights out. WARNING!!! the pool is very small and there were a tonne of kids running amuck so we didnt spend much time if any in the pool area. Staff were mainly friendly, prob just had a couple of hard days.

Me and my partner enjoyed the food but i like chips which helped, again it was basic and some of it was a little unusual.

As the lead name on a stag do booking for 4 nights I was a touch nervous after reading some reviews! We all has to sign a FINAL WARNING NOTE on Checkin in but after the hotels experience with other British groups you can understand there point?!
We showed the staff respect Nd got a decent level of service back especially from bar staff who were great!!
Yes the hotel favours the Spanish guests at times but probably in the same way English hosts would favour the English guest in England... There wasn't to many fluent Spanish speaking English guests?!!
The rooms were clean.. Towels provided.. Shower was awesome (better than at my house!) Air con worked..
Pool isn't massive but just used it to cool Nd refresh every now and again.
Then there's the food.... GREAT! seriously why do folk pay to stay at a 2 star hotel Nd expect Gordon Ramsey to be cooking??? There was good choice of hot and cold food.. Always topped up and fresh.. Plenty of meat Nd fish Nd veg.. Salad Nd cold meats... And loads of dessert options.. Would stay again without hesitation
