I have just returned from staying here with friends, initially i was concerned as it is very close to the square but we didnt hear any noise during the night at all and we were on a low floor.

It is very secure and the entrance is locked at night.

Would recommend this hotel for its location and price.

Stayed over the Benidorm fiesta (12th Nov - 16th Nov) so i know Benidorm is heaving busy then. chose these apartments because of location (5 girls so wanted to be central)
On arrival reception was excellent and spotless clean.
Checked into room, again clean, nice size kitchen and living area. Bathroom has best shower ever. One twin room and 1 single room (had 2 apartments the same) and decent balcony.
We were in rooms 1a and 1B. Everything was totally fine if arriving in early hours after a massive skintful of booze however if wanting to catch some sleep in an afternoon or worse still normal sleep hours it is pretty much impossible. The street noise is unreal you can literally hear conversations like there in your room and then of course you have the bar noises (which if in twin room went on until about 4-5am as they faced onto street where Rockys is) however if you have the misfortune of having the single room in room 1B which faces onto the square then expect zero sleep and it went on until 8am.
I wouldn't recommend for families but if your in a group or couples or club 18-30 and want to spend every night out on the tiles arriving back early hours then i would say book it. if you like to have the odd night in to catch on sleep then choose somewhere else.
deposit was £120 english or 150 euro and key safe was 2euro a day.
In 4 days never had a cleaner in the room so not sure of how often they get cleaned.
Apartments are opposite KFC and next door to Rockys so very very central.

We stayed for 10 days in early September. We had a fabulous holiday! The one thing to remember about these apartments is that they are very reasonably priced. Whilst some people may feel that the apartments are in need of a bit of TLC, you must remember that you get what you pay for, and these apartments are really good value for money. They have a small (but nice) bedroom, a good lounge, a very good kitchen including a full sized fridge. They have a washing and drying area with a good washing machine and sink etc. The bathrooms are a bit dated but are a reasonable size and everything works very well. Everywhere is very clean, but the cleaner only comes in twice a week and changes the sheets once or twice, so you will need to keep on top of things yourselves. The apartments don't have air conditioning, so don't go in summer if you can't stand the heat. The location of these apartments are their strongest selling point. You are right on the doorstep for good restaurants, all the good clubs, loads of great shows and as much cheap drink as you can handle. It is all very lively! We did not find noise to be a problem, there is music and people enjoying themselves all night, but if you close the patio doors and pull the curtains, it is very quiet. My wife and I are 66 and 58 years old, and it didn't worry us at all.
The pool is very good and all the people around are very friendly, the only thing is that the sun goes off the pool area at about 3 p.m. in September, but it is so warm that we were glad of the shade. If you want sun all day the beach is really close and is one of the best beaches in the world. Yes I know, but I have been to the states, including Hawaii, and most of the rest of the world, (30 years in the RAF) but if you look at it dispassionately, it really is a world class beach. I know from reading other reviews of these apartments that some had issues with the staff, well I can only speak for ourselves, we found the staff extremely helpful, friendly and polite. We asked for extra pillows, and they turned up in less than 15 minutes. Overall, bearing in mind that these are budget apartments, I cannot recommend them too highly. Book yourselves a brilliant holiday! If you smoke, get your cigs., tobacco etc. over the bar in the Winning Post, 20 euros cheaper than anywhere else! The food is great too.

Right above the strip. Noise not a problem. Apartments great really clean stayed with group of girls for 4 nights May 2011. Only thing wasn't keen on was when we arrived had to walk 10 mins up road to get key only to find had wrong document so had to walk all way back to friend who was waiting at hotel with cases and go back again. Same for when you check out. Towels didn't get changed either but was told maids will give you fresh ones if you ask them, we never saw them though. They only gave us 2 keys and there were 4 of us so if you don't come back together can have promblems getting in the locked front gates and there is no bell. Would definately stay again because of the location and cleanliness.

Arrived at 12 noon hoping to get into our room. The lady at reception told us our room would not be ready until 5 pm!!!. We argued that our agents - (Sunshine holidays) promised room available from 2pm but that fell on deaf ears. These are very basic apartments, no aircon so be prepared to boil your buns off in the summer. You can't leave your windows open cos of the noise. Which goes on til about 7 am - long after sun has come up!! There is a Pitbull type dog that prowls the reception area that we found very intimidating when entering and leaving, it growled at us once, which stopped us in our tracks!!!!. One poor girl was so terrified she would not come out of the lift. On the day we were leaving our bus was picking us up at 2pm so we asked what was the latest time we could checkout? 10am, at the latest was the lady on the receptions reply. 5pm check in and 10am check out! That seems like a big disparity to me. These are very central apartments with very minimal facilities. The tv has no English channels. No pool bar . Scary pitbull dog in reception. I personally would not book these apartments again - EVER!!!!!

I don't want to big this place up because I want it empty for me again!!!! It is clean, spacious, comfortable beds, great kitchen with everything you need, big bathroom and shower, very very close to square and bars which made it very noisy but bearable and you got used to it pretty quickly. Beach very close and loads of places to eat. Water/bread etc. across the road, car hire round the first corner (Alex autos - google them they are fantastic people and cheap). Swimming pool was warm, always had sunbeds and NEVER had a towel on them. Lots of spanish people either live or stay here and are very quiet. We had about 8 spanish teenagers in the next rooms and didn't hear a peep out of them or noise from upstairs. Check in wasn't hard because hotels abroad gave us great instructions on how to get the keys at other apartments and the taxi took us there and collected them but some girls who went with travel republic were stranded with no information at all. Reception open a couple of hours a day and the lady speaks all languages and is very helpful. All in all a great place to stay - take earplugs for the first night and yes, it is very hot but very secure so we could leave all the windows open and managed without aircon. I think you have to pay but you can park a car inside the gate. We were first floor but the there are 2 lifts, 3 apartments on each floor.

Room Tip: Use hotels abroad the website was benidorm-apartments.com I think. Really helpful and we used their...

Me and my friend stayed here and could not believe how close we were to the main bars, the beach.(beach was at least 5mins walk away.)The appartments smelt lovely and clean when we went in,very tidy and spacious, was even more amazed that it also had a washing machine too,the balcony just over looks all the pubs and clubs,it couldnt of been in a better place to everything,it has small pool but big enough.so i would defintaly recommend this to anyone who wants to be close to everything it is noisey at night but if your drunk like i was then you will sleep through it!!haha.but great value for money, will definatly book here again next year.

Room Tip: lovely view, over looking the mini golf&bars
