We were a bit wary of benidorm , but it turned out perfect , Did B and B in this hotel , Basic , Clean , good pool , very handy to beach shops restaurants , quiet at night .
Had 7 lunches and 7 evening meals in different spanish restaurants every time , all very good and all with a sea veiw , You could go further and visit all the british bars and pubs but we did not . The staff did not speak a lot of english but you dont need to , breakfast had a lot of choices and was always busy , beer in the hotel bar was only 130 euros a pint , All very good value .

Room Tip: Ask for pool veiw

small pool ,slow lifts, very basic had to have a cold shower 1 day, very noisy during fiesta week bangers going off at 8am and band playing. dining area very basic food basic its a no frills hotel at 3 stars i would only give it 1 for location. its a good job mcds burger king and subway at bottom of hill yes hill. rooms could do with a makeover rusty radiator small shower head and bright orange wardrobe drawers and an old fashionable portable tv. theres only 1 station to get food from so that means only 1 tray of each food. cereals are in small tupperware boxes.

Room Tip: dont stop in any

Dear Holidaymaker
I have just come back from Benidorm and stayed at the Mont Park Hotel, I have stayed here before and I am pleased to say that this Hotel just gets better and better. Firstly this is a Spanish Hotel and its bargain prices reflect this as do the guests who are mainly Spanish.
The Reception staff all speak perfect English and are very helpful, if you don’t like anything in the room they will sort it out straight away. I didn’t like my bed, so they changed it for a new one.
The Bar is small but at 1 Euro and 30 cents a Pint it is fantastic value.
The swimming pool area is very clean and nicely laid out .
The food was fantastic, hot and lots of it. If you went back for another meal nobody mended, the Restaurant was very clean, we never had a dirty glass or a dirty plate the whole stay, cutlery shined cleanly with no water or food stains.
The Hotel room was immaculate, you could see the floor shined even though it was now getting a little tired. The television stand/drawers needed a tidy up, But was clean as a whistle.
Shower and toilet were immaculate, no black mould anywhere .
Clean towels every day, the towels were of good standard too.
Hot water on demand, we never ran out of hot water the whole stay.
The Hotel was immaculately clean from top to bottom and very warm, This place is a little gem, its not perfect but they are getting there, a fantastic holiday a great Hotel.

PS ..Uncle Peds is the best Bar around at 1 Euro a pint ,Sky Sports and Free entertainment every night and very English.

If you need a hotel on a budget , this place you cant go wrong. It is in a great location, 2 mins to beach near Burger King and Mcdonalds, also lots of shops and bars within walking distance.
We arrived, about 9pm, not a very warm welcome from Male Receptionist, gave us our keys, cant understand, why people are in these jobs if they cant break a smile.
The hotel is really nice for a 3 star, pool area has been modenised ,bar and relaxing areas comfortable and clean, bedrooms and dining room a little dated but everywhere kept clean.
We were full board, breakfast probably best meal of the day, lunch n dinner mainly caters for spanish, but for what we paid we didnt expect steak everyday which we never had the week we were there, we ate out a few times.
The bar drinks were really cheap, barmen was really friendly, only friendly member of staff in this hotel.
Overall i would recommend this hotel because it offers excellent value for money but staff spoil this hotel need some customer service training, they need to realise that the holidaymaker keeps this hotel open and service with a smile goes a long way .

The hotel is a bit tired, needs an update. Though it is very good value for money. It is clean and tidy and the food is very good, it is buffet for all meals. Staff are friendly and very helpful.
If you like a brew first thing in the morning take your own kettle, they do not supply tea making facilities in the rooms.

Room Tip: Take your own tea making equipment.

Ok so I stayed here 7 times already and 4 of us are booked in again for whit week this year...

Arrival...
Upon arriving the coach usually drops off at the bottom of what they call Cardiac Hill opposite Burgar King... The hotel is situated half way up the hill which is fairly steep but not what I would call a big problem, I am a big lad and I don't mind the walk up its only about 75 metres.

Reception is friendly but mostly Spanish speaking staff so be patient as they do everything they can to please. We always ask for extra pillows for our rooms and they are there next morning and every morning for the rest of the stay.

Rooms...
The rooms are basic but clean and are great if you just want somewhere to relax during the day, after all your on holiday why would you want to spend it in your room? Bathrooms have always been very clean and the shower always hot and very powerful. The maids come everyday to change bed linen, bathroom towels and mop floors. Decent size bathroom consists of full size bath, shower, bidet and toilet, sink with surrounding condiments area and rails for the towels including a wired in hair dryer. Rooms at the front of the hotel are overlooking the pool area and you can see parts of the beach to the left, rooms at the back give you a view of next doors pool area which has entertainment of a night which tends to be good if your having one in, also you can see the Rincon area and vincents bars.

Pool Area and bar...
These areas have just recently been renovated, new flooring, railings and furniture and a lick of paint looks very nice and always extremely clean. The cleaners are out every morning cleaning the leaf away. Not sure if the pool has a closing time! but I've been in it beyond 6:30pm... Nice straw parasols at front of pool give you that feeling of being somewhere tropical lol. Bar area is clean and tidy long bar never many people waiting and huge selection of drinks on offer.

Entertainment...
Not really seen any to speak of apart from on one occasion which may have been a one off, an elderly lady and man playing a keyboard in the corner of the pool area, she was singing songs in English songs in Spanish.. like a virgin??? very laughable not really Britain's got talent!!!

Dining...
The dining area is accessed by going down to reception either via lift or stairway and then down one more flight of stairs to gain entry. There is a lift for disabled. Que's do tend to gather outside the restaurant and back up onto the stairway if your in the middle of the rush (not a big deal). We go down about 7:45 and usually manage to get straight in. The head waiter will take you to your seats most evenings. Breakfast consists of the usual free fruit juices, water, tea and coffee... Then bacon, sausages, hotdogs, scrambled, boiled or fried eggs, beens, tomatoes, mushrooms ect cold meats and cheese, bread.. Dinner and Evening meals are varied each day on offer are Pork, Lamb, Liver, Steak, Chicken, Turkey, even Rabbit, with chips. potatoes, vegetable ect... paella, stews, sea food ect and salads.. desert is usually fruits, with blamonge, creamed rice, jelly ect. A bottle of win for 4 euro and they will put your name on it if you haven't finished it so you can drink it next time... lager from 1.50 a pint 1 euro for a bottle of water.

5 out 5 for the food on offer and very tasty most nights.

The beach is about 150 metres away, left of the hotel, down cardiac hill and in front of mac donalds.. Fast food restaurant heaven is at the bottom of the hill with Burgar King, Mac Donalds and Subway! Closest evening entertainment can found at the Vincents corner pubs, the Triangle for karaoke fans, the Plaza for cabaret fans, the carousel something for everybody and my favourite The Whitehorse, 3 different entertainers from 8 till 12pm then karaoke till 2am, happy hour 8pm until 9pm buy one get one free.

All of us11 in total love this hotel for its simplicity, cleanliness and nice food. Totally recommend it.
