Just returned from a week at the Deloix, with my family (5 Adults, 1 year old and 4 year old). I can't find anything to complain about!. The hotel is lovely, rooms spacious and clean. The pool area is fab, loads of space and plenty of loungers. The kids slide pool is a bit chilly, but it's in the shade so better for the kids as even in September it was HOT HOT HOT!!!.
I've seen some poor reviews about the food, but we all thought it was great. Loads of choice, beautiful Salads, and seafood and plenty for the kids. OK so it's not all like you get a home, but thats' beacause you are in SPAIN!!! They also provided a microwave in the dining room so you can take baby food, milk for the kids.( top tip, you can buy cravendale milk from the supermarket across the road if your little ones don't like the spanish UHT milk). The only downside was the timing of the evening meal (7.30 a bit late or my little ones), but got round this by taking the to the bars up the street earler, great kids food for 2 euros!.
Entertainment was fine, a few dances for the kids which is all we were interested in. Have to say the reptile show was not my idea of fun!!!
All in all a fabulous holiday and will definiately be going back!

A good spot for a relaxing break when kids shouldn't really be there. Not the hotels fault that there were still some present.
Decent food, always found something to enjoy, very pleasant and friendly staff and a nice quiet spot away from the hustle and bustle.
2 minutes walks you to Benidorm Palace but the main show is 60% Spanish Flamenco orientated but very well produced.
20 minute stroll down to Levante beach or short inexpensive bus journey to the edge of the Old Town.
1st time in Benidorm and if you haven't been yet watch out for the motorised scooters. The're almost as bad as the mopeds in Milan.

I took my mum to Bendorm and we stayed at the hotel deloix Easter week in April 2011 4* HB. The holiday was great value at the last minute at £258 each with transfers. The accomodation was really good and was excellent for my mum who's wheelchair bound.

The food as some people say is what I expected, a really good variety all served in bain marie's where you go and help yourself, but sometimes not steaming hot and some of the dishes were a little bland, but pretty much something for everyone and plenty to choose from.

There are two pools, the indoor one is heated and you need to wear a hat which you can buy from the machines in the lobby area. The outdoor one is lovely but was a bit cold in April. The area around the outdoor pool is great, lots of loungers, tables and chairs and waiter service from the indoor bar.

I'd definately go there again, but it is a bus trip into town and to the beach. On that note, the buses are great and cost about a 1Euro each way so not a huge issue.

The entertainment is geared around children in the evening, so if you don't have any or are older you'll need to venture out more. There are a few bars close by but nothing special. Head into the old town or newer part for some night life.

My mum and myself stayed there in June 2011 for 7 days and we had a really lovely time. Our room was clean, spacious and had a lovely big balcony. The restaurant is spacious with a wide variety of foods. A beautiful pool and welcoming staff. we were full board

Room Tip: choose whether you want to oversee the pool or the mountains

my wife and i are just back on the 13th september after a wonderful week at the the hotel deloix, hotel it was spotless, the maids that clean your room every day are very nice and pleasant and they do a wonderful job cleaning your room it was a pleasure coming back to your room and the maids had been in what a lovely aroma in your apartment, the restuarant was ok but very bland lacked a bit of decor, and the waiter service was excellent reception was another matter, one of the reception staff could do with someone painting a smile on his face,we found the drink very pricey we, found a nice chinese restaurant called the WOK they did a 3 course meal for 4-95 euros it was wonderful and spotlessly clean we went twice, and would go back again as we are looking to go back to hotel deloix in the near future carol and alex renfrewshire
