Me (27), my husband (23), our 3 year old & our 5 month old stayed here in March, we picked march so it wasn't too hot for the kids, it still reached 25 degs on 2 of the days but was still very pleasent.
The hotel was like a dream, very clean, spacious, the food was good despite reading others complaints, but i think some people just like to moan.
The benefit was that there's an indoor pool (the outdoor 1 was freezin at this time of year) which hardly ever had anyone in it apart from the life guard on the odd day, swim hats were required to be worn in the pool which may seem like an inconvenince but its better than swimmin through clumps of other peoples hair if u think about it. There were also 2 jacuzzis in the same room as that which were great too.
The rooms were big enough for what anyone would need, very modern & the bathroom was immaculate, room & bathroom cleaned everyday & complimentary shower gel & bath sachets every day too. A cot was available at no extra cost.
A nice little balcony with table & chairs. Mini fridge, tv with several english channels includin disney channel.
Room service can be called from room phone & also u can call home from this phone too at an extra cost.
On the basement floor there was a gym, sauna, more jacuzzis, steam room, all very modern & well maintained equipment.
The staff were all so very lovely, very helpfull, kind, pleasent & couldn't give you enough time if they tried harder. Also really friendly with the kids.
A kids entertainnment room was open from 10 till 2 where kids could play in the soft play area, do colourin, jigsaw and puzzles with a member of staff there, little toilets & basins especailly for the kids in there too. Outdoor play area with slides & climbin activities.
A 20 min walk to the main stretch of Benidorm & beach but good exercise & not on a steep incline. Beach & town is great but keep an eye on ur valubles as i got my purse stolen in the indoor market out the back of my pushchair. Claimed on insurance though so got it all back.
Plenty to do, Aqua Munda, Terra Natura, they're both animal parks, 1 with water & other more like a zoo, A marina about half hour away for glass bottom boat rides to the little island of the coast which u can get off at an walk to the top, smashin views.
Good nightlife if u venture out the hotel as not much happenin in there entertainment wise at night.
Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone as it would meet anyone expectations.
A definate 10 out ot 10!!!

we stayed at this hotel with our teenage son and niece we all really enjoyed it. Hotel dosent look like it should be in benidorm its a really pretty hotel not like all the high rise hotels in the center .The hotel was really clean rooms were cleaned and towels changed on a regular basis,The room would of been really spacious if just the two of us but was very cramped because there were four of us we had a double bed and a sofa bed in one room it was ok though as the weather was fabulous we were hardly in the room. The staff were friendly and efficient apart from pool attendant who seemed to have it in for us and blew her whistle at any given chance(when my son put his flip flop in the pool to see if it would float) if you have children who like to have fun in the water its probably not the hotel for you.The bar at the hotel was very expensive after 6pm but there was a great bar over the road called soho which was great and there were a few other great pubs just down the road Tropical bar had good entertainment on and rachaels bar.The walk in to benidorm was quite a long walk but we got used to it and theres plenty of buses. The food at this hotel was great plenty of choice we all found something we liked. We would definatly stay at this hotel again we all had a super time............

Lovely modern hotel with excellent facilities. The rooms are immaculate and large -towels changed daily and bedding 3 x during the week. We stayed half board and breakfast was excellent especially the scrambled egg which wasn`t rubbery. Varied choice at dinner which ranged from meat pie, stew and Yorkshire puddings to meat stuffed squid and an excellent range of freshly cooked fish - the dinner room does have a `canteen feel` about it as it`s very modern - staff very helpful and quick to remove dirty crockery. The only draw back with the hotel is that it is quite a way out of town but easily remedied by catching the No 10 bus from anywhere in Levante part of Beniform for 1 euro 25 and buses run every 15 minutes. Would deff go back.

Have just got back from a 1 week stay at the Deloix. Went with my partner and our 13 month old son. Had a brilliant time. The Hotel is spotless! Pools are fantastic as are the staff. The staff here made us feel very welcome and our son adored them! All wanted to give him cuddles and make him laugh. Belen, who works at the restaurant entrance is adorable, my son had to have a cuddle before every meal! The food is great, unless you are inclined not to try new things. Approx 4 different fish options at lunch and dinner, as well as different meats, carbs, veg, salads, cheese and cold meats. Also chips! Noticed a few English complain there was 'not enough english grub.' What did they expect, they were in spain!!! Tried many new dishes and enjoyed every one!
The rooms are a good size and the balcony is very safe. Had been a little worried before arriving as our son is great at climbing. Neednt have worried at all.
Would recommed this Hotel to everyone. Only issue is, its a long walk to the beach. Which wasnt a problem for us, but understand some people might struggle with the uphill walk back. But then again you could always hire a mobility scooter! Those things are everywhere!!!!! Ha

Arrived and was welcomed by great check-in, and modern lounge area. Very sleek and modern hotel with very nice and big rooms. Huge Balcony with view =s to the resort and nearby mountains. Nice restaurant, with good food, even if a bit repetitive. Staff were excellent, especially those in the restaurant. Nice roof pool with bar and great views, as well as the main big pools on the ground floor. Rooms had flat screen television and big bathroom. Shows were put on by acts who were brought in, including a bird of prey show.
The animation team gave a variety of activities to do throughout the day, although they played the same CD consistently for 2 weeks, which became rather annoying.
Great pool area with jacuzzi incorporated. The hotel also has an indoor wellness/spa centre with 2 other pools. Overall, a very nice hotel.

We have just returned from the hotel which is modern and spacious with a large outside pool area , and indoor pool and spa. It also has the benefit of an adults only roof top pool and terrace on the 4th floor , which was great for a break away from the main pool area, as August is Spanish holidays and the majority of people at the hotel were families , which made the pool area busy in the morning until 1.00pm, and then again later after siesta, about 4.00pm.The hotel is very clean and we found the majority of staff very friendly and helpful.
The food is mainly Spanish , but as we are not fussy eaters found something to enjoy at every evening meal. If you like salads and fish then you will be in your element. The fish choice was always good with sea bass, hake, salmon and trout over various evenings , plus squid . There were also choices of meats , such as chicken and pork chops. The vegetable choice was limited. The hotel has a 'happy hour' for some drinks and poolside snacks from 10.00am to 6.00pm ! Outside these times we thought the drinks were expensive when compared to the few nearby bars.We did have a run in with the staff 5 days in to our holiday which was unfortunate as we had purchased water from the local small supermarket and were drinking it by the pool which they told us was not allowed, even though there are not any signs informing guests that drinking your own water in the public areas is a problem.
The hotel is inland of the high rise hotels of the town which suited us, in a more residential area with newer houses and villas ,( check out the one to the rear of the hotel with the grey roof...awesome!), and it takes up to 35 minutes to walk down in to the town and the Levante beach area.
If you want a hotel away from the high rise , but within walking distance , or a bus ride , which has good Spanish themed food and a few local bars then this will be for you, but if you want to be in the noise and action of Benidorm then it will probably be too far out .We enjoyed it and would look to come back to the hotel for a 'quick week' in the future.
