A clean, well kept beach in Torrevieja with lots of bars and restaurants to keep you fed and watered when you want a break!

“Lovely Town Beach”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 25 June 2014

This is a very popular beach and fills up fairly fast. The water is calm and fairly clear of rocks. Many restaurants and cafes on the promenade which cater for all tastes.

“Lovely beach with a couple of good restaurants.”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 20 January 2014

For me, this is the nicest beach in the area. No traffic, lots of places to eat and drink, and fairly sheltered. Even last week there were quite a few people sunbathing. If you go, have the menu del dia at the Sirocco at the southern end of the promenade. It's great value at €12.50...

“Nice stroll on the front.”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 30 October 2013

If you like people watching this is the place for you on the sea front.
For the ladies there are lots of nice shops to look round and some lovely shoe shops too.
Eat or drink on the front while you watch the world go by just ignore the music players or just pay them off to go away.
I'm told there are a few shop where you cam buy cigarettes to bring back to England cheap!
There is also a lovely shop where you can go in have a small doughnut or four and have a dip like white hot runny chocolate or milk chocolate even a nice dark chocolate what ever takes your fancy just enjoy them to the max Mmmmmmmmmm
The only trouble is I cant remember how we found it so you will have to ask somebody sorry!
But if you do find watch the calories pile on is gorgeous just love every moment Mmmmmm
Hope you enjoy

“Busy but good”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 29 October 2013

This is the busiest beach in Torrevieja with everything you could want, from sea sports and jet skis to smartly thought out artificial areas that are extremely child-friendly. There are every sort of restaurant and bar imaginable and some stonking ice cream parlours! It gets just a bit too crowded for my taste but that rightly reflects it's popularity! Safe (the main road passes behind the first line shops and apartments), well appointed and in the summer months it has book stalls which sell mainly Spanish book but have some English as well. Enjoy Kiosco El Tintero which is open from March to September. I recommend the pulpitos-baby octopus cooked in their own ink! It's a great place for lunch or tea on a little thrust out into the sea.
