Went there on a windy evening in February so unfortunately not an evening to sit outside, in fact at one point it got so windy that some of the street furniture started to take off, which proved a rather amusing diversion. Just had the self service bites and a bottle of wine, both of which were good quality, and the service was good. Good value too. Only comment would be that the lighting is quite bright so probably a place for lunch rather than dinner, although I understand that they have a restaurant downstairs. Would recommend, even though it is in the heart of the touristy bit of the town.
