The staff was very friendly and helpful all the time. The room and the bathroom were very clean. It's a great place to meet people. The beds were a bit small but comfortable otherwise. The AC was on most of the time and the room got very cold, but as soon as we let the staff know, they turned it down.

I stayed at this hostel in february, it was before the summer season, so it was almost empty. I booked 8 beds dorm room for a very little money (about 8 euros), guy at the reception very kindly changed my reservation into 4 beds dorm, where I was the only guest - cool! The hostel in centrally located, very close to Plaza de la Virgen and Plaza de la Reina, about 15 minutes walk from metro station, from where you can get direct train to the airport. The hostel itself is really clean and the furniture looks brand new. Breakfast was little but tasty. Recommended!

Being this my first stay in a hostel, I don't really have anything to compare it with, but I was very satisfied with the experience. Our room was a bit small, but since we didn't really spent that much time there, it was enough, and the individual reading lights were very useful. The whole place is very clean and there is free Wi-Fi internet which is always nice. There are also computers in the lobby if you don't bring your own. Breakfast is free with milk, coffee, toasts, juice and hot chocolate. The hostel is located in barrio El Carmen, very close to the main sights and also the nightlife area. But most important to me, was the very helpful guy at front desk, who gave those tips that only the locals know, the best place to go, to dine, among other things that helped us make the most of our short stay. Two thumbs up for him!

The hostel was really clean; fresh sheets, empty bins, clean bathrooms. The room was absolutely tiny and shared by 6, thankfully we didn't have an ensuite so we could go to the shared bathrooms and showers without getting in everyone else's way! Bedside lights were useful when others wanted to sleep. The whole place was a little quiet, there was a roof terrace and a common room but no one used them. Free internet was handy and free breakfast wasn't great... but it's free!
Location was good; can walk to all main sights, metro is a 10 minute walk, managed to walk from main station with full pack. Staff were helpful.

I stayed here for Las Fallas with a group and it was my first time at a hostel. I was in a dorm with 5 others, 3 bunkbeds. We had a shower and toilet within our room, which was nice but not all rooms were the same. We had minimal room to move around. Maybe 2 people at a time. Other rooms were even smaller.
However, everything was very clean and there was a friendly atmosphere throughout the hostel. There are laundry facilities on the top floor.
Breakfast was basic, cornflakes with uht milk, slices of bread for toasting. Horrible machine coffee.
Internet was free in the lobby. There was also a fridge and microwave but no kitchen.
Location was good for the Festival, in a quiet side street, 15 minutes walk from the train station.
The others in my group said that it wasn't the best hostel they had stayed in because there are a lotof rooms and the rooms are small but it was good for our needs and I would stay again. But maybe try out a couple of others first so that I can compare.
