“Cozy perfectly designed studio”
Reviewed 2 December 2011 for a stay in September 2011

Great big studio very nicely decorated with an open kitchen just about 5 mn walk from the heart of the old town of Valencia. The tram is about 10 mn walk from the flat, which enables to access very easily the beach as well as the Opera neighborhood. Loved our stay, would definitely recommend.

Thanks for your great recommendations - in fact there are two metro stations within close proximity the nearest Pont de Fusta @ 3-4 mins the other Sagunto @ 4-5mins - both head direct to the great city beach both within 15mins as L4 is a direct service - couldn't be easier or any cheaper.

Great recommendation and endorsement for this wonderful city - its true Valencia by comparison to Spain's other two major cities offers something far more subtle and overall more friendly and far less frenetic approach to life and it's truly blessed with its climate, topography and affability and invariably offers better value. Previous guests and their friends/family regularly re-book...

“Lovely apartment in a good location”
Reviewed 2 August 2011 for a stay in April 2011

The apartment was lovely, just like in the photos. Everything we needed including a comfortable bed, fully equipped kitchen and easy to find location. Supermarket just down the road (good low prices). Tram links round the corner, great to get to the beach. David (owner) was very helpful via email before we arrived and once we met him there also. Gave us lots of information on where to go and what to see. Was very flexible with check out time. Only down side was we kept running out of hot water for the shower as we are used to unlimited hot water at home! Apart from that one small thing we loved it!

Thanks for your kind recommendations. I try to be as flexible as is possible re; early arrivals to make life easier. The roof terrace is quite private and offers an interesting perspective to this barrio with its quirky mux of modern & more traditional buildings thus offering a slightly more bohemian atmosphere
