It was a very pleasant stay.
We were in Valencia for business trip during january.
Hotel is located close from center and restaurant area.
Hotel is stylish ,elegant and nicely decorated.
The rooms are clean and have plenty of features and space.
Breakfast was also very good.
Just next to it there's a long park very suitable for running,
A pleasure.

We`ve stayed for 3 nights during winter holidays in this hotel - and our stay was really good.
Hotel isn`t very big, there aren`t so many people - so, if you have late check-in - it is better to write in hotel before arrival.
The reception is welcoming and friendly, always ready to help. You can use some business center facilities -computer and printer free of charge.
Room and bathroom are really big and clean, bad is enormous! Room overlooking courtyard is quiet. You can use tea facilities for free. At New Years day hotel gifted to us bottle of Cava and some sweets.
You can rent a bike at reception - it`s easy and convinient and cost 10EUR per day (with 50EUR deposit).
Also I`d like to mention breakfast - it`s really good - fresh breads, pastries, cheeses, jamon, ham, cereals, eggs and bacon, coffee from Nespresso machine.
Valencia city center (7-10 min by foot) and all main attraction are in walking distance .
Way to Railway Station by taxi costs approx.7 EUR (at day time).

We stayed in this hotel last May 2013 for 3 nights. Absolutely loved it's location. It was really close to the city centre and the Jardin del Turia, City of Arts and Sciences and the Oceanpark. The metrostation is just a 5-10 minute walk, while there is a busstop practically infront of the hotel. Check-in was a bit hard because of the language barrier, but once we got to our room it was all forgotten. We booked the double room with individual beds. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom looked really clean and big. The breakfast buffet in the morning was super delicious and there was always enough for everyone. We ate dinner once at the hotel too and the staff was friendly and the food tasted great. Frontdesk is also helpful if you have questions. I only had a problem with the wifi that kept disconnecting, but that's just a minor thing. If I visit Valencia again I will definitely stay at Hotel Dimar again! Really good value!

Its location is perfect. Close to the Jardines del Turia as well as 10 mins walk to the city centre with superb shopping. Local baker Pan Pan is a must for brioche at 1.40 euro and fresh cream cakes for afternoon tea. Italian restaurant Lambrusqueria two streets down is a gem. Taxi rank and Metro on the corner.

Our room was on the third floor, and as a light sleeper I was very impressed with the double glazing, I did not hear the traffic. The bed was huge but slightly too hard, but you can't have everything! The rooms are large, very clean and airy with tea/coffee making facilities, a mini bar fridge and table and chairs. Internet connectivity was good. The heating / air con is highly controllable and you can open the windows for some fresh air.

The staff are attentive but not intrusive, and provide excellent tourist information.

The hotel has its own bikes which we hired for 10 euro per day each, which is reasonable and so convenient, (other hire places charge 15 euro). The bikes come with locks and cycle maps of the city. I highly recommend them for getting around.

We ate out so I cannot comment on the hotel food but they have a restaurant and a cafe in the lobby, all priced in line with eating out.

We arrived early and were allowed to enter our room immediately. Check-out was at mid-day which was great for us having a late flight. I would definitely stay there again.

Room Tip: Room 301, third floor, was by the lift but very quiet as it has two solid doors between the bedroom...

We took a taxi to this Hotel from the airport and it was 20 Euros for the ride plus a 5 euro surcharge for getting the taxi at the airport. If you want a much less expensive trip take the Metro from the airport (line 3 or 5) for 1.5 euros, and get off at the Alameda station and walk southeast on the west side of the river park until you get to Marquis del Turia where the hotel is on the south side of that street not far from the corner. On leaving the metro station there are some stairs to climb to get to the roadway. The walk is no more than 5 minutes.
Our room was on the sixth floor facing the street and had a large balcony with two chairs and a table. Our bed was two singles pushed together, but comfortable. The bathroom had double sinks, a separate shower stall and tub, as well as a bidet. There was also a sofa bed. The breakfast room is on the first floor above the ground floor and the food was very good. There are gigantic Nespresso coffee machines where you just pop in a pod but I preferred the expresso from the Jura machine in the dining area.
The room was clean and the staff very helpful.

Room Tip: The room we had was on the street side and when the balcony door was open the street noise was subst...

Stayed 2 nights there. Rooms are spacious and very modern, lovely.
There is a car park right next to it, but if you plan on leaving the car, ask the hotel in advance since they have reserved places in it for 13€/day instead of 17€.
The staff was really helpful and will gladly provide you with a map of Valencia and some touristic locations.
Breakfast (til 11am) offers variety, as you can expect from a four star hotel, but you can also ask it delivered to your room. The restaurant menu seemed nice, but we did not eat there.
The hotel is not the closest to the historical center (there is a Vinci closer), but close enough. Keep in mind Valencia is a huge city though.

It's not a very far walk from the closest metro station to the hotel. The location is very good, near a lot of restaurants. The taxi ride from the hotel to the train station took me less than 8 euro. The hotel itself is very nice - the room is clean and comfortable, the internet is working, the bathroom is also clean.
