“Well appointed and central”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 4 December 2013

Flying in to Valencia we took the metro from the airport. Koen's clear directions gave us a trouble free walk to Casa Cosy. He was there to greet us and show us the important details of the spacious apartment. My wife and I really enjoyed having the freedom of making our own breakfasts, coffee, tea etc and coming and going when we wanted to. The shower, cooking facilities, bed, and furniture are modern and in a good condition. The location of the apartment is ideal, close to the Serranos Towers and easy walking distance of the Jardines del Turia, Cathedral etc. A fun thing to do is to hire a bike from Passionbike (I think) next door and ride along the park in the old river bed, either inland or past the modern buildings on the clearly marked cycle path to the sea. My only (small) issue is Valencia is not a quiet city and although our rooms on the street were interesting they could be a bit noisy and so could other guests if they did not enter or leave quietly through the adjoining doors. Just a tip for Koen, maybe have other TV channels from UK, US, France or Germany to please your overseas guests. But, we really did not come to Valencia to watch TV.

Room Tip: Rooms on the front are good to watch the world pass by but they may be noisier than those at the bac...

Every positieve review about this place has already been made. So I will not do it again. Absolute great value for money when you are with 4people. Koen is a very attentative person and offers a great Valencia-experience.

Not much to add to then in other reviews. We were a family of 4. 2 adults and 2 twins age 7 years. Great location. Great amenities. Parking nearby. Wifi worked flawless which helped me for my work while traveling and downloading large files. Our space was a one bed and was quite adequate but for a family of four for any more than 2 nights could be a little small. No washing machine but laundry nearby. Store right opposite was helpful. Bar across the street even better. Highly recommended.

We stayed here for 4 nights. Our experience echoes many of the reviews on here already. Nevertheless, I'll give some feedback. The location is delightful. Right in the centre of the city, in the old quarter, on a very characteristic road, surrounded by wonderful historical architecture. The check-in was simple, we were met on time outside the apartment and taken through all the formalities in a professional and swift manner. The apartment itself is very modern and equipped to an extremely high spec. There's been no skimping on detail. From the moment we arrived, we experienced a nice mix of feeling at home, whilst also enjoying the relaxation of being in a quality place on holiday. Let's just say, if it hadn't been booked, we would have extended our stay. Valencia is a wonderful city, and if accommodation is important to you, then this is the perfect complement to the experience of Valencia.

My husband, two dogs and I stayed at Casa Cosy for one week whilst I went off to study Spanish for a week at a school nearby.
What can I say but a BIG THANK YOU to Koen (owner). He met us at the apartment and showed us where to park the car (2 mins away on foot). He then showed us the lovely spacious apartment. We were on the 1st floor and had a two bedroom apartment. I couldn't believe how SPOTLESSLY clean the apartment was. And not only that, but it was cleaned every 2 days by Koen and staff. The apartment is centrally located with lots of cafes, restaurants, bars, etc close by. Koen had also provided us with a folder full of information of where to eat, what to visit, how to open the safe, use the aircon, etc. A very thorough folder of useful information for guests. I can't recommend this apartment highly enough. If you go to Valencia, you must stay at Casa Cosy!

We chose this gorgeous apartment based on great reviews read on tripadvisor and were thrilled when we arrived to find it was absolutely as good as it looked and as other people had reviewed. In an enviable location in the centre of Valencia old town, extremely well equipped, very modern and most of all spotlessly clean, this was one of the best places we have stayed in over many years of travelling. Unlike some rental apartments which can be very basic even when they are expensive this place was excellently thought out with great attention to detail and lovely welcoming touches like a bottle of fizz in the fridge, jam, butter, teabags, coffee, etc - just brilliant. Surprisingly there was also a basket of fresh fruit and little chocolate bars in the bedrooms on top of the towel bales. Fresh white linens, very comfortable bed, good pillows - I could go on and on it was really that good. As for the location it was easy to walk to any of the main attractions in the old town and with the excellent public transport links getting around was simple and inexpensive. The apartment owner Koen could not have been more helpful supplying loads of information about the area and even left us a box of truffles after I joked with him about eating all the chocolate in the place, such a charming man. We had booked for a week and I would have been so happy to have stayed on a lot longer, anyone deciding to visit Valencia would be very lucky to decide on this property as it is very special indeed. One last comment I would make is that we live in a very quiet area and it is always a problem for us when on holiday to find somewhere quiet during the night so it was wonderful to sleep soundly every night. Thank you Koen for a really brilliant holiday.

Room Tip: I only saw the apartment we occupied but am positive all of the apartments would be of the same exce...

Can not point out what exactly I like about Casa Cosy as it is perfect just in every aspect. Location, price, service, everything is great.
Parking is bit far, but who needs a car in Valencia anyway?
Bike rental is downstairs.

Strongly recommended.
