My son (5) and I came for a short break (3 nights). Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast good quality and variety. Small pool which is very clean and great for a dip when we had been out for the whole day. 2 mins walk to the oceanic and science museum, 10 mins on bus to the beach and 15 mins to bioparc. Much cheaper than hotels closer to the beach. Small point, but important when we return from being out all day, good selection on tv for my 5 year old to chill out before heading out for dinner. Plenty of small friendly restaurants around the area. We were both very happy with the choice.

Good location and friendly staff. Good bus service from Ave Francia will take you to the City centre or the Passage Maritime. Breakfast buffet ok but not special if you are not B&B. Lots of cafes surrounding the hotel for a 4 Euro breakfast.

Room Tip: top floor rooms have sun terraces and are therefore premium priced.

Hotel is in a great location opposite Calatrava architecture. Hotel isn't great looking and although I paid to upgrade to a double room with a view over this architecture I don't think it was worth as you are paying for part views and with no balcony we didn't really look out much. The double bed was very firm but our teenage children had a twin room and the beds were a bit softer. Staff were so helpful. Breakfast was buffet style with hot cooked food, hams, cheeses, salmon, lovely fresh fruit, pastries, breads etc... No worries about getting down for breakfast late as food was constantly topped up. Rooms and overall cleanliness really good. A couple of small niggles..if you want to use the small gym you will be disappointed as only three treadmills in a very small hot room and no water in the water cooler and very few sun beds for the small pool area and they were metal so very hot and unforgiving. For a city hotel though the pool was a reasonable size. The hotel is in an ideal location. The no. 19 bus goes to the old part of city and the beach. Beach is lovely. Good area for shopping with 8 storey dept store and shopping centre approx 3 mins from the hotel. Good bargains! Would visit again.

Very nice hotel, very friendly staff, very clean, nice room, good location close to the City of Arts and Sciences, great for business or leisure.
We didn't use the bar or restaurant as there are plenty of restaurants near by, short walk to the shops, also large shopping centre near by. Tourist bus stops around the corner, but we found it easy to walk everywhere, one day to the port and beach area, the next down the old river through the City of Arts and Sciences all the way to the old town.

This is a very nice hotel, modern, clean and everything to a high standard including room and breakfast, the only fault I could find in our very brief stay here was the towels, they were very thin.
Just across the road is a very big department store called El Corte Ingles which can easily match anything in London
