This hotel is a stylish sanctuary located right in the heart of Valencia.

We checked into the hotel late on a Friday night and were given a room on the first floor right over the main street. Feeling that this might be a little noisy for us, we asked for a different room and were immediately upgraded to a much bigger suite located in a modern extension at the back of the hotel. The room was very large with a great view over the internal courtyard garden.

This would be my hotel of choice in Valencia. They also make great margaritas in the hotel bar!

We were given a smoking room (well, it smelt of smoke), even though they said it was non smoking one. They changed rooms for us no problem, friendly staff, spacious bathroom. Very modern decor, and romantic. Very well located.

Was in Valencia for the F1. Cool place to stay,
Keys are complicated to use, as said.
Would stay again.
This is also Real Madrid's official hotel in Valencia.

The hotel is well located, a 5 minute walk to the old town and 20 minute bus ride to the beach. The bus stop is right outside the hotel. The park is at the end of the street. Highly recommend hiring a bike and cycling around it.
Whilst the hotel is great it doesn't offer 5 star luxury, its more of a modern/ boutique style hotel. I changed rooms as my first room on the first floor was very small. I recommend the 4th floor.
The restaurant was expensive and unsurprisingly empty most nights.
I would however stay again as my second room was great and the staff were very helpful.

Loved this hotel, it was a wonderful surprise. Much better than we expected. Beautiful interior garden (where i always had my breakfast), beautiful rooms, friendly professional staff. A good bar, a good restaurant. Very relaxing vibe.

This hotel is located very close to the Valencia Nord rail station - a 6 Euro cab ride. It is fairly central but not directly in the city center. The cathedral is about a 15 minute walk away. The beach was a 10 euro, 15 minute cab ride away. The room was spacious and the bed was large and comfortable. The hotel staff was extremely friendly, spoke English very well and was very helpful. Not a typical 5 star hotel in my opinion but in Valencia there aren't too many 5 star options that offer modern amenities that we look for. I recommend this hotel for those looking for modern facilities in Valencia if the Westin is not available.

I stayed here wth my boyfriend for four nights in May. We found the hotel on the internet.

We turned up from the airport a little earlier than the official check-in time. Check-in was very efficient and the staff were lovely. They checked us in and provided us with a map and took the time to point out where the sights, the shopping centre and the nearest metro stops were, they also told us which buses/metro we'd need to take to get places like the City of Arts and Sciences. We were taken up to our room and despite being slightly early, our room was ready so we could settle in.

The room itself was lovely (a Dreamers room - 109), we had lots of room and even a sofa. We also had a large balcony, although it didn't have any sort of furniture so it was good for gauging the weather each day but maybe would have been better had we been able to sit out in an evening with a glass of wine. In terms of room facilities, we were surprised that the room didn't have any sort of tea or coffee making facilities (something that I've come to expect in even the most basic English hotels). Equally the TV was smaller than many hotels I've stayed in, but this wasn't a big issue really and certainly didn't diminish our enjoyment of the room.

We didn't have breakfast or eat in the hotel during our stay so I can't really comment on the restaurant facilities, nor did we use the spa.

The hotel is brilliantly located, there are two metro stops within about a five minute walk from the hotel and the old area of the city and its restaurants are only about a fifteen minute walk away. It's also walking distance to the City of Arts and Sciences if you fancy a nice stroll through the Turia River Gardens. The only time we used the metro was to visit the Bioparc and the beach.

The staff at the hotel were the best thing about the hotel, they were friendly and always willing to help. In addition to pointing things out at check-in, we were struggling with our key one day (the battery was dying) and a member of staff saw, let us into our room and took the key downstairs to sort out. We also came back one day to change when our room was being made up and the woman who was making up our room offered to let us have some time to change and get ready while she started on another room which was nice as we were just happy to change in the bathroom and go.

The only real issue we had (which we put up with) was that it took ages for the water in the bathroom to heat up, I came back one day to have a bath and ended up with a barely lukewarm bath because the water just refused to get any hotter. My boyfriend also had to put up with a cold shower one day. It wasn't too bad as it was warm while we were there but not quite what you expect from a hotel of this rating.

Overall I would recommend the hotel - the location was brilliant, the room was good and the staff were lovely.

Room Tip: Room 109 has a sofa rather than chairs
