At only €45 per night this was great value. The room was big and comfortable and had great views over the city. A jacuzzi bath was just an added pleasure after a long day walking around Valencia. OK, it is a BH hit tired but not excessively so and the breakfast was really good at €8. Bit out of town and we found no great places to eat nearby but it has great transport links with the metro only a few mm metres away. Good secure parking too and at €12 a night, not a bad price.

We just don´t have words for describe the attention received in this hotel, it was more that expected. The staff is very friendly and kind (we meet more than three), since reception you notice that. They heard your request and looking for the best solution for you!!
We need the parking just for a couple of hours but we didn´t reserved at booking, when we request it and ask for the price, they just said "don´t worry, for a couple of hours there is not problem".
We were there for a special celebration and after the hotel´s staff was aware of it they send us a bottle of "cava" to our room - courtesy of the hotel!!
We booking for breakfast in our second day, but due to schedule we didn´t take it. At check out we comment about that and they didn´t charged it.
They have a very cheap late check out. So, what more you can ask for an Hotel...
For us the location is just good, you have a metro station turning the corner and the center just 3 stops far.
Near the hotel there are a 24 hours pharmacy, a Burger king and like 3 restaurants with accessible prices and nice environment.
The area looks safe but no many live around.
The hotel has 23 floors, we stay at the 20 one and the views of that part of the city were just good.
The room was clean and nice. But the television is old and in our case our room could connect to the next one by a door, unfortunately for us in the next room it was a family with several children and the noise passes through the door

Room Tip: Ask for a room with not door´s connection to the next one

My wife and I could not have enjoyed it more. The whole building is just beautiful. It felt like a real luxury vacation. We stayed in a Junior Suite which was just gorgeous with stunning views of the whole city. If we return to Valencia, we will stay there once more. Oh, and the breakfast was to die for!

Room Tip: Book the Junior Suite, you'll love it!

Staff members speak good English & are responsive to ordinary requests: this is a good lodging for business travellers. 14th floor restaurant is quiet & serves highly palatable cuisine (compared to restaurants in the Old City :-). Right near the Metro & the Hospital :-)). I paid 52 Euros per night late Dec 2013, brekky-included.

Could not fault this hotel. We stayed for two nights and looking forward to returning.
Amazing views and all you could require from a good hotel. Close to metro and restaurants, lovely and quiet in the evening. Had a lovely meal in the restaurant and massive choice for breakfast.
The staff were helpful and friendly.

Room Tip: All rooms have a brilliant views over the City.

We booked this hotel for the MotoGP weekend for 5 nights. It was sold to us as a 4 star hotel, but the experience was not 4 star.

Pros - friendly reception staff; located near lots of restaurants and public transportation.

Cons - everything in hotel is very worn-down and old looking - stepping off the elevator on our floor, the carpet was cut up into pieces and fraying at the walls; the lamp shades in our room looked as if they had been soaked in water; the bed was ROCK HARD and made for very uncomfortable sleeping; the breakfast was so-so - I wanted cereal and there was no milk, I asked for milk several times but no one ever refilled the milk; disappointing service; the bath towels felt like sand paper they were so old and rough.

I would definitely not stay here again for more than 1 night.

We booked this hotel at last minute through Booking.com when our preferred choice fell through. We had planned to stay 6 nights but left after only 1. The room was in a very poor state of repair and looked like it hadn't been visited by maintenance staff in years. Wall light fittings were hanging off, sockets were installed at an angle, bathroom fittings were loose, the bathroom sink was cracked, grouting was falling out of the bathroom tiles, lamp shades were stained, the veneer on a door was damaged and peeling away, the vinyl on the desk top was scorched and needed replacing and behind the sliding door was a filthy wall with a large access hole cut into the plasterboard! None of this would have been too disastrous if it wasn't for the stench emanating from the bathroom. I appeared to be coming from the sink and I guess the trap and overflow hadn't been cleaned in ages. We couldn't wait to get out of here and into a proper hotel.
Plus points? The bed was large and comfortable, the wifi fast and reliable and the view was lovely, particularly at night. Maybe we ended up in the worst room in the hotel but on the strength of this experience we weren't willing to take our chances. Do yourself a favour and book elsewhere.
