9 of us arrived at the hotel mid afternoon for a football match with 3 days in Valencia, 2 nights at this hotel. The mini bus would not fit into the underground car park so the duty Manager ( I think) who was extremely helpful throughout our stay, moved his own car in order to allow us to park opposite the hotel. Great start for us. He gave us directions to town on the local bus and all in all, couldn't have been more helpful. Nice comfortable hotel, only one problem, the beer gave us all real bad heads. Could be though that we drank too much of it. Continental breakfast was more than adequate. If ever we draw Valencia in the Europa league again, will defiantly stay here. As an aside, Valencia, lovely city with lovely, friendly people.

This is a very good property. The staff is exceptionally warm and helpful, and the property is clean and well maintained.

There is free parking, and complementary internet.

One note. Notwithstanding the Best Western web site, not all room rates include breakfast. If your rate does not, you'll be charged about €7 per person.

We picked this hotel due to the fact that it was fairly close to the Albufera. We were not disappointed in the hotel itself. The people at reception were very courteous and helpful in giving us information about the area. The breakfast was decent enough with a wide selection of meats, some fruit, plenty of breads, scrambled eggs, yogurt, cereals, and drinks. Our room was a good size and was well supplied with what is needed to have a comfortable stay. The internet was excellent. The only complaint was that the bed was quite hard! We were happy to be able to park our car securely in their underground garage.
We drove to the Ciudad de las Ciencias and had a hard time finding reasonable parking - eventually ending up in the mall parking lot where it wasn't cheap either to park. We also took a taxi from the hotel to the downtown area, paying between 10 - 12 euros each way.
Overall, this hotel is comfortable and well taken care of and we would definitely stay here again.

We -2 couples at late 50's- were there in mid-October. Though we're from Turkey, the weather was hot even for us. As experienced travellers, we chose the hotel for its easy access from the airport and to the highway going south. Yes, we were heading for our 11-days dream trip to Andalucia! The hotel has low prices probably because it is far from the city center, otherwise it is as good as any 4*. Clean, tidy rooms, punctual and attentive staff. What more could one ask for? Be aware that this is a hotel mostly for groups. And they are mostly Chinese or Japanese staying there for 1 night with all their hustle & bustle! If you are an early bird for breakfast, there's no problem, but if you are late, I don't know whether there is anything left, because these groups come to breakfast at around 6:30 and eat everything up. Well, we had no problem with that. Also, visiting Valencia was not that difficult. We parked the car we rented in Valencia Sud metro parking (a free Park&Ride) area 2km away, we bought 2-days transport card, and zoomed into the city in 15min. Natural reserve and paella fisher villages are nearer to you than the city. I have to admit that, if you do not have a car, you have to walk about 200m and wait for a bus up to 30min, from which you have to transfer to another to go downtown. Your transport card will not be sufficient, because the hotel is out of the central zone. By the way, if you have come for shopping, many outlets and a giant Carrefour are in walking distance.

Room Tip: Choose a room from the east if you don't want a hot room when you return.

My wife and I had a 2 night stay at the hotel with a view to exploring the city of Valencia. Having arrived by car we were pleasantly surprised with the free under ground parking. The receptionists were very professional indeed. They all spoke excellent English and were extremely helpful. The hotel rooms were spacious comfortable and clean. Prices in the hotel bar were surprisingly low and the buffet style continental breakfast very good. The hotel is situated about 6 kilometers from the city centre which wasn't a problem for us. The receptionist who checked us in informed us of a bus stop about 250 meters round the corner. We took advantage of this at a cost of just 1.25 Euros each, being dropped off right in the City Centre. A taxi back cost us between 12 & 15 Euros.

this is a decent enough hotel, it's far from the center (but it's ok if you have a car) and for that you get cheaper rates with good quality. The rooms were good and clean. The breakfast was also good, nice variety of cake, bread and fresh fruit.

I and my wife stayed here in December for one night. The decor of our room was a little old-fashioned but it was well maintained and clean. We paid 53 Euros for the room and it included a decent breakfast buffet, which, sadly, is rare in Spain. The hotel is right by an expressway so sleeping with a window even partly open is not a option. Getting downtown is easy and quick if you have a car, if you don't the location is not that convenient. Check-in was quick and the staff was friendly. When I asked for an extra blanket they delivered it to our room in no time. The WiFi is quick. We would use this hotel again.
