The hotel has a good situation, near Train Station and Old City Center. However, the hotel need improve his wifi speed, is very bad but mobile coverage is good. It has air-conditioning and room is cleaned every day.

We drove up from the south in our own car so, negotiating the city was a bit of a struggle. Found hotel accurately with sat nav. City centre location so park and disembark was "hectic" . Subsidised parking (pay at hotel) was offsite but subterranean pedestrian exit opposite hotel. Room clean tidy everything worked. Bit cramped as a sleep 3 room. We would use it again

The location of the hotel is two golf shots from the train station and one golf shot from the main street of cafés and restaurants. The hotel may not be on par with other luxury inns in the area, but it is a good value for the middle class traveler.

Friendliness at the desk is hit or miss, but I experienced no real rudeness. I made a rule for myself - if the desk person was nice to me, one candy from their big candy jar- if they were not so nice, two candies. I saw it as a win/win situation, and I may have been a little critical of their friendliness in order to get more candy.

Rooms were spacious and the breakfast area was nice. Valencia can be a bit of a late-night town, so I appreciated the 24 hour door service. Oh...avoid the orange candies and stick to Valencia oranges.

Clean hotel on good location, one of the two front desk staff not that friendly (to much busy watching tv)
Metro station, train station, shops, restaurants all in 10 min walk.
Price was acceptable, overall good experience.
