Well worth visiting. Not only is the Holy Grail (if not the actual Holy Grail, which is not proven, it is very old) on display, the chapel is very old and the space feels very holy, for believers and non-believers alike. Wish we could have gotten closer to the Holy Grail itself but it was still a special experience and worth the visit.

This chapel/cathedral was lovely. I hired an audio guide and got a lot more history and information, definitely worth it and it's included in the price. I went around midday which I was worried it would be packed ... Happily - missed the crowds!
The holy grail was the last place to visit on the audio tour and was fun to imagine all the stories that came about from this legend. The audio history was very good and I would definitely not recommend you visit without taking the guide with you. I think it was £5 to get in .. Not very much considering the guide is included, take ID it is required. It can get very hot and stuffy, buy a cheap fan from down the road to keep you cool in the summer.

You might miss this little chapel in Valencia's cathedral: after you enter the front doors, it's to the right. During our visit (July, 2014) it was obscured by some cleaning or restoration work, but just head down the little hallway amidst the scaffolding and canvases, where you'll find...

The Holy Grail.

All those knights in the middle ages should only have asked where the grail was, as apparently the church has known about it for centuries. Look around for English pamphlets describing the history and provenance of the relic; it's actually pretty impressive.

Whether it's the actual cup Christ used at the Last Supper, well that's more a matter of faith. But at least you can tell everyone you know back home you've seen the Holy Grail.

Visits to the cathedral and the grail chapel are free on Sundays, 5 Euros other times of the week.

I went here to see the holy grail. The cathedral looks grand from the outside and is even better when you enter. The arches and columns are big and carefully crafted. The entry is cheap about 5€ and an audio guide is also provided for some extra money. The holy grail enclosure is seperate and is most peaceful. You can sit for hours. I enjoyed my time here and I recommend a visit here.
