Got on the Metro from airport to Xativa metro station (1,90 euros) and hotel is literally a minute walk from there. Next to a main train station (Estacio Del Nord) and Bullring, and basically the whole of the old part of city.
Hotel is clean and all the receptionists spoke some English. The room was on the small side to be honest, that said it was furnished well, cleaned every day, excellent shower and had a good view (from room 508).
Had breakfast each morning, around 10 euros each for buffet, not cheap but a reasonable selection, needless to say we ate as much as possible to get monies worth....saved having to buy lunch anyway! Didnt have dinner there so couldnt comment on that.
All in all, a good hotel, good value for money, great location in a lovely city.

I stayed here woth my husband and son for one night prior to attending a wedding in Valencia. We were due to stay two nights but were disappointed with our first night that we decided to cancel the second.

The hotel is very well located directly opposite the train station. The reception area looks very plush and modern and the staff speak fairly good English which is an advantage.

The room, however, was not particularly in keeping with the downstairs. It was quite basic and despite having booked a double, we were given two single beds pushed together. Although there were chairs and a table in the room, it felt a bit overcrowded with this furniture. The TV was very old and small and although this may seem a strange criticism, we had understood the hotel to be very new and modern and as such, had expected a better quality TV!!

Unfortunately, room service finished at midnight so we had to nip to the nearest McDonalds for some food which was a slight inconvenience. All in all, our stay was distinctly average.

This review is based on the fact that this is a 4* hotel. I stayed 4 nights with my partner.
Plus:
- Helpful staff
- Room of acceptable size
- Great location if arriving/departing by train. No problem with the neighbourhood even at night. Close to metro and bus.
Minus:
- We asked for a double bed. It was 2 twin beds together. This wouldn't have been too bad if the beds would not have wheels and kept rolling apart during the night.
- The hotel says it has WiFi. Well, it is true that there is wireless internet in the room, but the speed is incredibly slow!! Really too slow to get work done.
- For some reason, some TV channels get lots of white noise every couple of minutes. This makes it impossible to watch those channels.
I would recommend it but only if you get a good deal.

We stayed here for one night in Jul 2009 and I have to say it was a disaster from start to finish. To be fair the hotel is pleasant and the rooms are nice but the front desk staff were so incredibly rude that it spoiled our entire stay. The main issue was we arrived with our hire car and were told that the hotel car park was full. When we enquired with the front desk staff when we would be able to get our car in we were told by the very ignorant front desk clerk that we should have filled in that we required parking as there are only 8 parking spaces for a 67 bedroomed hotel. When I asked why this was not outlined on the website where it says that the hotel facilities include parking and no where did it indicate that this was limited the guy stropped off saying he could not speak to us anymore and we would have to take it up with his supervisor. The supervisor again told us that we should have specially requested parking and again I said it should be indicated on the website that the hotel parking is so limited. In the end of the day we ended up parking a few streets away and we had to lug our bags back to the hotel and then back to the car the next day. The other issue was this was the only hotel we stayed in where there was no internet access point for guests. There was free WiFi but only if you had your own PC. Instead we were directed (again very rudely) to the Internet cafe across the street where we tried 4 different PC's and they were all broken!! All in all not a good experience.

Stayed at Zenit hotel for 4 nights in August.
Check in and check out process was very smooth and quick.
Our rooms was up on the 5th floor and was very spacious and clean. It had a small balcony, large bathroom with toileteries available, wardrobe and was very clean. The only thing is we had a dodgy TV which turned on automatically at 8am each morning, we couldnt figure out how to switch it off but we just did it manually each morning.

The hotel itself has an excellent location, we travelled to and from the airport via the metro which takes about 20minutes and stops opposite the hotel (Xativa) and only cost 1.90 euro each way.
From the hotel we were able to explore the old town which is apporx 10 mins walk and there are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. You can also make use of the train station which is right outside the hotel and I agree with other people that you cannot hear a thing from the train station. We were able to catch the no.35 bus from the main road opposite the hotel which took us directly to Oceangrafic and the Science museum, and no 32. which took us straight to the beach.

Overall this was an excellent hotel, the staff were very friendly and efficient. The whole place was very clean and welcoming. It was very good value for money espeically during peak season I found this to be very affordable in comparision to many other european destinations. I would recomment this to others and I would definately stay here again.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone who travels to Valencia either for business or leisure.
The rooms are clean and the service is great. Have to say that food was very good and big portions when I ordered lunch through room service.
