Description: Come and savour mediterranean fusion food in this centrally located and highly recommended restaurant in Valencia's historical Barrio del Carmen. Just a few metres from the cathedral square, this restaurant is a relaxing retreat after a morning of sightseeing. Stephen Anderson heads the friendly English speaking team. Eat alfresco or in the modern, comfortable, designer interior. The daily lunchtime menu is excellent value for money and the a la carte is an opportunity to try the gastronomic offer of one of Valencia's best fine dining restaurants.

Went on Friday night for dinner, wonderful experience from start to finish. Staff very nice and spoke excellent English. We had the 35 euro tapas menu and it was just superb - fresh, delicate, unusual. It might sound a strange thing to single out but the chicken croquettes were incredible!

Thank satisfactory20

Placed on a charming side street next to the Cathedral, the SeuXerea stands out with its delicate choice of Mediterranean fusion kitchen. Everything there is elegant and in good balance. They do not overdo with the size of the portions – a non-Spaniard would normally not be able to consume quantities served in most of the restaurants at such late dining hours. Oh yes, they speak good English to explain the details of the menu card. And their giant Valencian oysters in gin fizz were soooo good I had to go back for them. Thank you so much, Steve Anderson! I love your place!

2nd visit this trip and was delighted yet again. Decore is zen, service is top and the food Devine ! Tried the octopus entree and lamb main and was delicious! As was my group's fish of the day, oyster ( wow ), croquettes etc... I could go on and on. Everything I tried was done with thought and well executed. Oh I don't mention the watermelon gaspacho that is compliments of the house... Ouf wish I could make that back home. Not to be missed

If you are in the old Valencia and looking for a restaurante far from Paellas and other typical food, Seu Xerea is the place to go for lunch. Nice atmosphere, good service and interesting food, yet keeping a strong relationship with Valencian dishes. But you shouldn´t be in a hurry. Relax and enjoy!

I highly recommend a visit to Seu Xerea restaurant in Valencia. I always go to this Restaurant to celebrate New Year Eve. That day there is a fixed menu of 8 courses well balanced, with specific wine for each course. They use oriental ingredients as tamarind, etc in Spanish inspired dishes. Is original and different from other more traditional restaurants. Good selection of wines, several coming from Valencia area. The chef and owner of the place has some Myanmar origins. All the staff is very professional and the atmosphere is modern and cosy. During week days, they have a very affordable menu for lunch time.
