“Wonderful Hosts”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 30 May 2014

My husband and I stayed at the Villa Paladar for four nights in Mid May. We had a terrible experience at the airport getting our GPS to work, and ended up taking a cab and leaving the car at the airport. By the time we got to Villa Paladar I was very upset and crying. Marco and Simona, not only calmed me down but went to the airport, got the car and programed the GPS so it would work for us. Their Kindness towards us will never be forgotten. From our nice, very clean room we could see the Adriatic. Liked the location outside Pescara. Breakfast was good. Also their is a great restaurant around the corner called the Red Bar. Nice people, wonderful food.

We stayed one night here and loved it! Great location, friendly people and lovely room. Highly recommend this B&B to anyone traveling to Pescara. Also had dinner at a local restaurant just round the corner which is also worth a visit for great authentic Italian food, and cheap!

We stayed here for 2 nights. From our visit into Pescara we had made a great choice of location. The B&B is located in the hills above the sprawling town in a peaceful location. We arrived late at night on the dreaded Ryaniar and we were lost at 11pm. The wonderful hosts came and found us and took us up the hill to their lovely house. Breakfast was excellent, rooms were clean and it was excellent value.

Charming welcoming place run by lovely helpful hosts, in a quiet almost-countryside neighbourhood atop a hill a couple of miles outside the city; served by a bus route with a stop just around the corner, so a car is not necessary. Lovely views over the city and coast from a couple of panoramic points nearby. Spacious, clean, comfortable rooms with air conditioning, and a lovely patio where I could have spent hours just relaxing. Wish I could have stayed longer than just one night, seems the perfect home base for a stress-free, leisurely-paced seaside holiday. Their website reflects very well the spirit of the place.
Note: Garmin sat-nav seem to have trouble with street address (Tom-Tom & Google are fine) so they might want to add raw coordinates to their location info.

We stayed here for 2 nights in June and were very happy with the clean room, friendly hosts and great value. The air conditioning was a very welcome feature during our stay. Breakfast was lovely, and although it would go against typical Italian breakfast norms, it would be great if there was a savory option available for those trying to avoid cakes and pastries! We'll stay again when we next come to this area!

Beautiful little B&B with very friendly hosts who were very kind and helpful throughout our whole stay. We received a very warm welcome with lots of information where we could go and what to see in the area along with good advise about restaurants and beaches. The place itself is very clean and cute with so many little details that make the place look and feel so very warm and welcoming. Next time in Abruzzo we will definitely stay there!!!
