This is an institution in town and it's a kind of heaven. The special guest here is Maritozzo con la panna. An incredible brioche, very soft and fresh filled with fresh cream (made of fresh milk). It's probably the best dessert you can ever eat. It's cheap and it's something you have never ate in any other place. You must try and you will be surprised. 100% guaranteed.

An old-time venue well known by locals, placed in the main shopping precint of the town.

Although the bar has recently undergone some heavy refurbishment works, it still hardly catches the eye of the unaware passer-by, what with the many modern-style groovy bars and patisseries in the area, yet it is one of the best places in town if in a cold winter day you feel like having a highly caloric soothing break with a hot chocolate cup or some pastries filled with freshly whipped cream, that are perhaps La Bresciana's main trademarks.

Incidentally the bar has also an inner outward patio place.

This in an institution in town and is a very old confictioners shop that still prepares the best pastries ever.
Located in the heart of downtown, mostly locals go there. Furniture is very old and the place is not stylish at all, but the long queue testifies how much it is delicious.
they are famous for the "maritozzo" a kind of currant bun that you can fill with whipped cream (the very traditional), cream or chocolate. Also try the "bomba" a kind of fried doughnut with sugar on the top filled with cream or chocolate, and the "mostacciolo" sort
of brownies topped with whipped cream. Also, try their smoothies, excellent the chocolate one, but give a try also to the other flavours...Gelato is ok but I would go and try the traditional pastries... If you get there, you really tasted and enjoyed a local place..
