Popped in after dinner for a post-prandial glass of white wine. We were absolutely stunned. This place is a visual feast. Buried underground in former cisterns. Beautifully conceived by a Belgian architect and tastefully done out with green furniture and features. They have a fabulous selection of wines that you can drink in or outside. But inside is a must: the seating areas are reminiscent of roman amphitheatres. Service is excellent and the staff all too willing to explain the history. Not to be missed!
