We waited half an hour for the proprietress to show up, after we had been told all would be closed for lunch until 3:00 pm (and arrived well after 3:00). Seemed nice enough, but the owner is in absentia except when she serves lukewarm cappuccinos and unfresh fruit in the morning. One is given a key to enter the empty building. Strange feeling to be thus abandoned in a strange place in strange city. Made worse when our daughter left a purse, new gift of her father-in-law, in the room she and her family shared next to us. Although we called the young lady promptly, she informed us that the purse (new and expensive) was nowhere to be seen. It was never recovered, a small but elegant windfall for the cleaning lady or perhaps the proprietress herself? If you value quality, attentiveness and honesty, I'd go elsewhere. And it's not particularly central at that.
