“Top marks!”
Reviewed 20 June 2014

This has to be one of the most underrated restaurants I have ever been to. The food is Michelin star quality without breaking the bank and the waiters were attentive, helpful and friendly. We weren't sure when we booked the restaurant as it was recommended by our hotel located next door (Marina Riviera...also to notch!) so we were expecting a bit of nepotism and mediocre food rather than fantastic, beautifully presented and inventive food with a wine list that goes on for days!
Even though we were only in Amalfi 3 nights we ate there twice and our balcony table had views overlooking the stunning coastline. I would say the food was better than the Santa Caterina which is the 5 star hotel a short distance away. At the end of the meal the ladies were given a small ceramic keepsake which I thought was a nice touch. Very much worth a visit. 10 out 10!

“Great service, incomparable view”
Reviewed 19 June 2014

We were walking along the promenade and happened upon this lovely restaurant with its big blue awning. We walked upstairs. We were the only diners as we were there for an early lunch. If you like wine, wait until you see the wine list! They gave us the best table in the small restaurant, right by the picture window overlooking the beach. Alas it was not a clothing optional beach, much to my partner's chagrin, but the view was, nonetheless, gorgeous. We had a light lunch of fresh veggies, basil and proscuitto. The accompanying bread and olive oil added to the lovely presentation. Service was friendly and festive. It was a very expensive lunch, but hey, when you're vacationing in Amalfi, it's all about the experience and the memories! This was a delight, and well worth it.

“Fabulous”

Booked in advance so we got a balcony table. Every course was different from the usual cuisine. Wine delicious. more expensive than the average restaurant but so worth it.

“Style and Elegance”
Reviewed 10 June 2014

A small and elegant restaurant, watching the bay of Amalfi. Very good food, not warm but very professional service which you usually find only in top restaurants. Fair prices

“Do not miss this restaurant. Amazing”
Reviewed 10 June 2014 via mobile

Our best dining experience on the Amalfi coast. We are foodies and this was fabulous. Ask your hotel to make a reservation for a table in front of a window. The food was outstanding. Don't miss this restaurant if you are in Amalfi.
