“Get the views of the fancy hotels but in a nice affordable B&B”
Reviewed 24 May 2014

Excellent location and great views of the coast and ocean from the room window and hotel terrace. Simple but very nice rooms with good taste (Amalfi Coast style and colors). Excellent service from Carmella and her staff. Very good price-quality relation. I definetely recomend it.
Very few complains: doors and walls aren't that solid, so you can hear noise from the hotel staff early in the morning (won't bother those who like to start the day early). Considering it's a B&B, the breakfast is ok but not great.

Thanks Carmela for the great stay. We traveled as a family of 9 and had 4 of the 5 rooms at the B&B. The rooms were adequate but a good value for the price. The pictures on the internet are a good representation of the B&B. The rooms were clean and breakfast was a normal continental breakfast so nothing to write home about. The B&B is a 5 minute walk from the city center but you need to walk up many stairs to get there. If you have mobility issues Amalfi isn't the place to be. Check-out time is at 10 so that could be an issue for some but they will store your luggage. One of our rooms was not properly stocked with towels but we made do. All the rooms have hairdryers as well. The views from the rooftop patio cannot be beat!

The location is absolutely spectacular. The delicious breakfast is served on the rooftop with a stunning view of the harbor. The rooftop is always available for relaxation and you have the same view from your room. You are only a five-minute walk from the center of Amalfi--down a bunch of stairs which you then have to go up to return to the hotel--but don't go to Amalfi if you can't do stairs! . The rooms are clean and well-appointed. The hostess, Carmela, treats you like her own family. She is a delighful person who is eager to help you plan your stay, suggest restaurants, or do anything else to make your stay better. I hope to be back!

This bed & breakfast is a terrific place for a calm, relaxing stay in the charming town of Amalfi. Carmela is very warm and gracious, and she always had breakfast ready on time so we could get out in time for our excursions. We would highly recommend this B&B if you are looking for a comfortable stay and a great value.

We were in Amalfi for 3 days, and could spend very precious time at this hotel. The room is clean and large enough for us, and we could see wonderful view of beautiful sea in Amalfi from that terrace. This hotel is located a little bit far from the bus stop you get off when using bus for visiting Amalfi, but you would get the map showing the route from the bus stop to this hotel after your reservation. This map is useful and no need to worry. The owner is very kind and welcomed us warmly even though we arrived there so lately. Besides she gave us nice advice for sightseeing in Amalfi and nice breakfast with beautiful scenery in the terrace.
I strongly recommend staying at this hotel when visiting Amalfi. I hope to visit there again.

The views over the town and the sea are spectacular. The owners could not have friendlier. They were very kind to the kids. They heard we were attending a wedding and took our suits/dresses which had got crushed en route down through Italy. They brought the stuff to their own home and ironed it,at no extra charge! Rooms are comfy and a decent size. Breakfast lovely and the breakfast room on the roof spectacular. Amalfi village is expensive but the beach is fantastic and the surrounding coastline is very impressive. Highly recommended!
