A beautiful, small B&B that we had to pleasure to visit for two nights. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Our room was incredible - it had a comfortable king sized bed, table with seating area, bar fridge, high wood beam ceilings, floor to ceiling windows on two sides, and a HUGE private terrace with loungers, umbrella, chairs and a table. I think we were the only room with a private terrace, and we made good use of it in the evenings while looking out over the square and enjoying some wine. Despite all the windows, the room was very quiet at night. The bathroom was clean, and the water pressure was average (although the plumbing system was pretty noisy while we were using it).

The breakfast was well appointed with a variety of meats, breads, fruits, juices, etc. The staff were extremely friendly. The B&B is on the top floor, about 100 stairs up. We carried up our own luggage, but they did mention that they have a luggage service that can get your bags up and down for you if needed.

The hotel is right off the main street, so it's close to restaurants, shopping, bus stops, and ferries. It was very convenient to hop on the ferry to take day trips out to other towns such as Positano and Capri.

Would absolutely recommend to anyone visiting the Amalfi area! Can't rave enough about this B&B!

We stayed here May 14th. Wish we had planned on staying longer. An excellent staff with a wonderful Hotel right in the heart of Amalfi! Porter service is included so don't worry about the 70+ stairs. We highly recommend this Hotel!!

I stayed 7 nights at this B&B and had a wonderful time.
This is a small boutique B&B located in the center of Amalfi, near it’s beautiful cathedral and the main square. This small hotel is run by a family,: Gerardo the owner, Andrea and Daniella his children, Andrea’s wife Noelia and Rita.
Everything was perfect, the hotel arranged a private transfer from Naples to Amalfi, as soon as we arrived there were already waiting for us to carrier our luggage to the hotel. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance from the local buses and ferry terminal, where you can easily go to all the neighboring towns: Ravello, Positano, Sorrento, Salerno, Capri and everywhere else.
Our room was a junior suite, very spacious and comfortable, the breakfast is served in a cozy dining room with an adjacent terrace. The food was delicious: fruits, caprese salad, charcuterie, bread, pastries, and a variety of juices, coffee and teas.
The hotel ambiance is very welcoming, every one was polite, friendly and helpful. I felt almost like if I was at my home.
I will recommend this place without hesitation. The only thing you need to be aware is that the hotel is in the top floor of and old charming building, and you need to climb 75 steps.
Thank you Gerardo, Andrea and the rest of the family for making our stay an enjoyable experience.

Stayed only one night , wish it was longer. Room was comfortable and immaculate. Amazing view, very nice amenities. Breakfast was fresh and plentiful, selections which my grandmother used to bake. Haven't had these pastries in 30 years. Had more than I
should have but I knew I would burn it off on the stairs. Great coffee. Worth the hike up the stairs! Had a lovely dinner at the owners recommendation. I love places like this where the owners take such pride in their property. Loved!!

Our flight got cancelled due to an Air France strike.
The hotel decided to charge 100% of the reservation and even tried to keep the "booking.com" commission. Their commercial offer: a 20% discount on a future reservation if I called them directly. What a nice gesture : bypassing Booking and just discounting the commission basically.
Those people are not in the hospitality business, they are just doing "business" and they ruin their reputation doing so.

The customer wanted or did not pay or return when he wanted with the same price and conditions, without accepting the discount proposed by me (and of which he was not entitled) and saying to me that he would written on tripadvisor.
Any other hotelier would not even answer at phone and maybe I was too kind, Fortunately, people like that happen once every 10 years.
dear "sir" our reputation is visible on every site because we do our work with serious passion and love for the customer, giving respect, education and honesty to the customer always, if was just a business we can't have the reviews and votes that we have.
I invite customers to read truthful reviews of people who have really stayed on booking.com or expedia, on this site accept and publish reviews and absurd claims of anyone.

Entrando nel merito della "recensione" questa persona ha prenotato una stanza nel mese di febbraio e ha voluto annullare senza penalità il giorno prima del suo arrivo anche dicendo con arroganza al telefono che "dovevo dargli qualcosa" senza capire che il mio diritto e' tenergli la camera da lui prenotata fino al suo arrivo e che i suoi diritti erano finiti nel momento in cui ha cancellato oltre i termini della politica di cancellazione che ha letto e accettato al momento della prenotazione.
Il cliente voleva o non pagare o ritornare quando voleva con lo stesso prezzo e condizioni, senza accettare lo sconto proposto da me (e di cui non aveva diritto) e dicendomi che avrebbe scritto su tripadvisor. Qualsiasi altro albergatore non risponderebbe nemmeno al telefono e forse sono stato troppo gentile. fortunatamente, persone come queste si vedono ogni 10 anni.
caro "signore" la nostra reputazione è visibile su ogni sito perché facciamo il nostro lavoro con passione e amore sincero per il cliente, dando rispetto, educazione e onestà al cliente
