“Excellent Staff”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 24 June 2014

My wife and I stayed here for 3 nights.
The staff were very kind.
Their hospitality is one of the best, they can help and answer any questions and
also it is very quick.
The breakfast was very nice and had many kinds of choice.

My wife and three sons stayed here for 2 nights, in separate rooms. We enjoyed the architecture and tile work in the rooms. We had a nice view from our window. The beds were comfortable and the linens nice. The breakfast provided was very nice. The staff was very helpful with suggestions and answering any questions we had. They held our luggage on the last day until we returned in the afternoon.
They have a very nice rooftop terrace with a great view where you can have your breakfast or drink a bottle of wine.
The place is surrounded by many shops and restaurants yet was very quiet when we were in the rooms. There is a nearby church and the bells ring frequently. We did not find it to be a problem.

My girlfriend and I spent seven nights at this lovely quaint hotel. Set in the heart of Amalfi, the hotel is in the centre of the town with ease of access to all the main restaurants and the main piazza. The beach and ferries are only a three minute walk away. The room we had was a junior suite which was extremely comfortable and large and had the extra lovely touch of a jacuzzi.

The staff were first class, extremely helpful and so friendly, willing to accommodate at a moments notice. Gennaro the hotel manager was extremely attentive and helpful, and the night manager Raffaele was superb - very friendly and helpful. The day manager Antonella was very attentive and extremely knowledgable about the activities in the area. The breakfast was great, with the catering staff Teresa very attentive.

I would 100% recommend this hotel to stay at, as it was a lovely relaxing stay.

One of the cutest and nicest hotel we have stayed in. What it lacks in pomp it more than makes up for with charm. The staff could not have been nicer or more helpful if they tried. We will definitely be back.

We really enjoyed this hotel for 5 nights & would happily stay again. The staff were excellent and always seeking to help whenever they could. Breakfast is a buffet of a great variety of excellent food & being able to take it up to the rooftop area to eat while overlooking the sea was very pleasant. Our room was comfortable & clean. It was near to the Cathedral, but the bells only added to the atmosphere, ringing only out of our sleeping time, The supermarket nextdoor was a very convenient source of sandwiches & wine for rooftop indulgences when full-scale dinners were becoming too much. One aspect that we particularly enjoyed, was that the hotel provided on request & free of charge, local tour guides. We used this excellent service to take 3 tours of about 1 1/2 hours each of Amalfi, Ravello & Conca de Marini. Not only did we see & learn a lot more than we otherwise would have, but we had the real pleasure of close contact with local residents. Our only cost was bus fares to the tour starting point, This is in our view an excellent initiative by the hotel & it certainly added to our enjoyment of our stay,

This hotel in Amalfi is just off the main drag (enough to avoid the traffic and tourist noise). It is clean, comfortable and the staff is very friendly and hospitable. The included breakfast has a wide variety from fruit to pastries to cereal and yogurt. The "waitress" will make you whatever coffee you desire along with freshly squeezed orange juice. They have a roof top terrace with lounge chairs and beautiful views of the cathedral and the ocean. I would definitely recommend this to a friend and next time I'm in Amalfi, this is definitely where I'd stay.

A super hotel tucked away in the heart of beautiful Amalfi. Upon arrival, the staff could not have been more friendly - check in was effortless and we were shown to our spotless, spacious and well equipped room. Breakfast was one of the most impressive buffets I have seen with fruits and cold meats through to cereals and pastries to die for. We ate on the roof terrace which gave us spectacular views of Amalfi. The staff were knowledgeable and approachable and gave us good advice on what to see, where to eat etc. We would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a central location - in truth, we felt we were more staying with friends than in a hotel. Thank you so much - we cannot wait to come back.
