Great location, so close to everything. Modern, lovely, very clean. Breakfast room was lovely and breakfast was great. Staff very friendly and helpful. Stayed on the third floor in the balck and white room with balcony which was fantastic for people watching below in the street and can also see the goings on in the square, great fun.

We stayed in the PA for 2 nights in September, unfortunately our first stay was not what was expected, without a doubt we were given the smallest room in the hotel, on the same floor as reception, out the door along the path! When we complained that the room was not what we expected and certainly not what was advertised online we were not given a hearing, the reception staff told us we had to take the matter up with the firm we booked with and refused to accept that we booked the hotel based on what we saw on the website which did not show us the room we were given. Sleep evaded us for most of the first night, having to practically sleep on top of the fridge does that to you! After checking the PA website we realised that we had been given the single room which they say on their website they ocassionaly hire out as a double room, as you'd expect this too was denied by the reception staff. Eventually we were told we could change the next day, we did this and had a lovely relaxing stay, enjoyed the breakfast and the lotte extra space the black and white room on the second floor provided us. The location is perfect and if I could be assured I would receive a full size double room on my next visit then I would return!
We have given a poor for sleep quality purely because of the terrible first night sleep.

Room Tip: Make sure you get a room on the 2nd or 3rd floor.

Stayed here 5-12 September 2012 and was so impressed. Fantastic staff, fantastic room
(3rd floor black/white with huge bathroom) and what a location (60 metres from main square and all the nighttime buzz). Modern decor kept spotlessly clean. Airy breakfast room providing good choice each morning. Thanks to Eliot and rest of the staff for being so helpful and friendly. Ready to book for next year and would recommend this boutique hotel without hesitation.

This hotel is right in the heart of Sorrento so a short walk takes you to the "action". The rooms are fairly small but very clean and chic. The staff is very helpful, but not always on duty at the front desk. We needed to have breakfast early every morning and the hotel provided it early at our request. For a small hotel, the breakfast was very good. If you get the "attic room" on the fourth floor you'll have a nice veranda on the top of the hotel. The veranda is hot when the sun is on it and there is no shade, but when the sun gets low in the sky, the veranda is a very cool place to be. There's a super market just down the street and the train station is about 600 meters from the front door of the hotel.

Room Tip: I mentioned the fourth floor room in my review. There is also a room on the third floor that has a b...

Beautifully decorated rooms, delicious breakfast in a lovely room where you could sit as long you liked and a the location was spot on!
We were blown away on arrival at this hotel, the receptionist was so lovely and helpful and we were so pleased to be staying in such a fabulous room - looking out directly onto the street below. We both had a wonderful sleep here and can honestly say this was one of the nicest places we have ever stayed in.
Grazie Elio e Valentina!

Elio at the front desk was so friendly and extremely helpful. He made the experience very memorable. The rooms are very modern and spotless and rather big for European standards. The location is great too, close to cafes and shops. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

It was a beautiful guest house the only thing I didn't know was that in Italy 1st floor is 2 nd and this guest house didn't have an elevator until you got to the 1st /2 floor. I was lucky enough to have some other guest bring my suite case up. Parking was another problem their wasn't any by the guest house (did not know this) we had to pay to park 3 blocks away. You really don't want to drive in Italy!!! Food was very good, shopping and sight seeing were great. I liked the fact that you could walk all over except down the coast that we went by bus to other town. Beautiful sights.

Room Tip: We had the white room on the first floor by the desk and where you had breakfast. We had a view of...
