This hotel has a wonderful situation overlooking the bay of Naples. We found the staff very friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them. Our room was situated at the front of the hotel, opposite the football stadium and on a busy corner which, at times, could be very noisy.
Breakfast was a very good buffet with a good selection of cereals, continental meats and cheeses and a variety of breads and cakes. Hot food was also available and the chef would cook scrambled eggs, omelettes and pancakes for you. We ate in the main restaurant on a few evenings: the food was good but was rather expensive.
We were rather disconcerted to find the hotel was closing for the season on 31st October so the staff were packing up from the previous weekend. Not ideal and we should certainly have been told when we booked.More
