The Bristol is a fantastic property. Beautiful location overlooking the Gulf of Naples and Mount Vesuvius. The service is the best. Salvatore at the front desk was amazing. Very professional and extremely helpful and accommodating. His "tips" and recommendations we excellent. This is a 5 Star property with a 5 Star staff. There is no reason to look any farther. If you are visiting Sorrento you will be thrilled staying at the Bristol.

We recently had a great week in the Bristol Hotel. Our room on the 6th floor had a great seaview and a small balcony from which we could see Vesuvius across the Bay of Naples. The hotel is about 5 minutes walk from the old town centre or the beautiful seafood restaurants of Marina Grande immediately below the hotel. Our room was extremely comfortable, clean and everything we could have wished for. The staff and management went out of their way to ensure that we enjoyed our time in Sorrento. The breakfasts are great and on the 2 evenings that we ate in the hotel we had great meals. We would recommend the Bristol to anyone. We shall return.

Room Tip: Sea views are a must,

I have recently returned from a holiday in Sorrento. We booked the Bristol mainly due to the reviews. I am so glad we did, the hotel was well situated for a short walk into town, around 5 minutes. The food was amazing and the staff very knowledgeable about dietary requirements. All in all an excellent hotel.

My wife and I spent six nights from April 10th to April 16th. From the moment of our arrival to our departure we received splendid service. At reception and in the restaurant, staff knew our names and our room number. Our requests were handled sympathetically and efficiently. The room was spacious and well cared for and the views from the balcony and the roof top pool were stunning. The breakfasts and evening meals were excellent. The Bristol hotel itself would attract us back to Sorrento.

I spent two weeks at this hotel with my wife and I must say that it was a very pleasant stay and that service is their priority!

The views were like 'eye candy' from our balcony on the 7th floor (room 709) and the variety/quality of dishes hit the mark for this 4 star hotel.

I would like to take this opportunity to take my hat off to two individuals who made our stay even more memorable.

Salvatore - a very warm welcome upon arrival and throughout, a kind & respectable individual who went a step further for us on departure to find out what had happened to our taxi transfer, thank you signore.

Matteo - a kind man with a genuine smile, who takes a lot of pride in his work who manages the restaurant floor.
He knows when you are new to the hotel, always nearby to have you welcomed, seated and attended to, thank you signore.

There was only one thing which I personally did not like so much. Noises in the adjacent rooms from Individuals stomping, opening/closing drawers and shutters in the early hours of the morning.
