What a lovely hotel. The location is great 5/10 mins walk from the town centre. From the moment we walked in we were tested very well. Out room was 628 & was great, huge balcony in fact I would call it a terrace as we had 2 loungers & a table with chairs. The food in the restaurant was plentiful we certainly never went hungry. The staff were friendly & very helpful. We would certainly return.

This was our third trip to Hotel Bristol and as ever it was fantastic. The views from our balcony were stunning, the Bay of Naples, Sorrento town and Vesuvius. The staff were as friendly and welcoming as ever, nothing was too much trouble. Room was beautiful and food fantastic. We shall definitely return.

Room Tip: Ask for a room on a high floor, We were in 905, fantastic

Stayed for a week in late July. The scenery from the bedroom, looking out on dramatic Vesuvius and beautiful Sorrento were stunning. The bedroom was pristine and functional, but that view made all of that redundant. The food was fantastic and the service was warm and welcoming. Hotel is but a 5 minute stroll from Sorrento. Staff were very professional and most helpful. Rooftop pool is wonderful with poolside bar which offered fabulous snacks and drinks. If you are going to Sorrento, I'd suggest you stay here.

My Wife and I have been to Sorrento many times in the past, however first time at the Bristol and without doubt the best hotel we have stayed at. Had Junior suite 708 with a large balcony in sun all day, with stunning views of Sorrento and with Vesuvius directly in front of us. Great food and the service in all areas of the hotel was first class with no effort spared by staff to make sure your stay was trouble free. Fortunate to be at the hotel at the time of the "Festa di Sant'Anna" and witnessed one of the best fireworks display we have ever seen, in the Bay directly in front of our balcony.
If we return to Sorrento again the Bristol will definitely be our choice of hotel.

Room Tip: Junior suite 708 for great views, sun most of the day and no outside noise.

Enjoyed a fabulous stay in July. From the moment we arrived at the reception we were greeted with such friendship it was like we had never been away. Our suite was to die for and nothing was too much trouble for the fabulous staff that attended the rooms. Our trips which were booked at the reception were perfect. The maître d' , matteo was the most professional manager as always and his staff reflect his high standards. Pepe and Gian paulo were superb in running a beautiful bar with such precision. Gian Carlo should be so proud of all his staff and a huge thank you for your kindness to us. The vertigo is superb.

first time at Bristol....and oh what a treat!! second time to beautiful Sorrento.stayed at Capodimonte before.much prefer here. so.....to the fun stuff.....travelling with 17 & 18yr old daughters....no problem :) our rooms..with sea views just above road. But hey...who cares about the traffic?! its fun hearing the beeps and honks :) perfect location. Versuvius looking glorious. Mountains, amazing.Marina Grande, busy :) Soooo many fireworks and we still have until Friday to go. Rooms are well presented, well kept and well stocked.pleasantly surprised with hairdryer and kettles in rooms. First provision of complimentary tea & coffee ready for arrival. There after its 10 coffee sachets/teabags for €1 and 5 milk sachets for €1. tastes fine :) staff are amazing!!!!! special mention to the delightful Matteo, head waiter. His band of merry men are smiley and helpful at every time of day. And oh my......the food.....3 course evening meals, packed lunch for our day in Rome.....awesome breakfasts... Thank you x . the facilities are perfect too. Our girls loved the pool. We travelled with Thomson.we took full advantage of the meetngreet walkabout. we chose organised tours of Rome Pompeii and Herculanium.Life changing stuff. Our guides Hugo and Gio were great. city tax is not too high here.all in all...Both girls are not looking forwarding to parting with this enchanting part of Italy. they'll be back....we'll be back. Trying to convince the other half that we should be getting married here instead of NYC. Until the next time.......

Another brilliant holiday with Thomson. Celebration for my daughter's birthday. Daughter is coeliac. Thomson notified hotel in advance and the restaurant and bar staff were knowledgeable about the condition and excellent selection of meals provided. Room on ninth floor. Unforgettable views from balcony over Sorrento and bay of Naples. Able to view Mount Vesuvius while lying in bed! Hectic site seeing schedule and glad of such a wonderful hotel to return to chill out in and enjoy hotel's many facilities. Definitely a Platinum hotel.

Room Tip: High floor, junior suite sea view astounding views and accommodation.
