“An Italian gem”
Reviewed 28 December 2013 via mobile

I would highly recommend this authentic Italian bed and breakfast. The room was lovely, spacious, spotlessly clean, light and airy. Maria was a very friendly, helpful host and nothing was too much trouble. She and her family made us all feel very welcome.
The location was perfect in the historic part of town.
We loved it and will definitely return.
Thank you for a lovely stay

We stayed here last month on a recommendation and couldn't have been more delighted. Lovely personal little place, much friendlier than the big corporate hotels we could have picked for 4 times the price.
We had a room at the front but didn't find it noisy, but then we were out till late so may have been contributing to the noise.........
Rooms small but clean.

On the positive side the B and B Is in a lovely location above a busy, narrow, pedestrian street in the old city, which is surprisingly quiet at night. Our room was spacious with a small balcony.
On the negative side the room was not very clean and net curtains were very dirty with rips in them.
We saw no sign of the balcony which, according to the website, should have been open during our visit in September. We were given a token to take to a nearby cafe where we were served a glass of orange juice, a cup of coffee and a bun. We did not bother returning.

We stayed in the Queen Margherita room. It was very spacious, even by American standards. And at 50 euro per night, it's a bargain. The location is great. It doesn't come with breakfast, but there are plenty of places nearby for a bite. You must park at a nearby lot. I recommend the one at Via del Mare. It's 20 euro for 24 hours and you can come and go as you please, as long as you keep your ticket. The walk from the parking lot to the hotel is about 8-10 minutes and flat all the way. I'd stay here again without hesitation.

My teenage daughter and I spent three nights at Sorrento Inn Guesthouse last July. We enjoyed this hotel because it was in a great location, close to shops and restaurants. The hotel is very small, there are only a few rooms. Our room was at 3rd level and it was very clean. Maria Carmen who is the owner, and her husband Luigi, helped us with the luggage. We took the elevator to go up and down when we needed it. The only negative thing was the noise from the street at night due to the shops open until late.

Room Tip: Ask for a room that doesn't face the street and therefore less noise.

Sorrento Inn Guesthouse was the first stop of our three weeks trip and the experience is still memorable. We totally enjoyed our stay! My friend and I look how clean and comfortable the room is. It is easy to travel around to the places we planned to visit. There are also many nice restaurants and shops below. I would definitely recommend this place!

Room Tip: Choose the room with the balcony!

Would thoroughly recommend Sorrento Inn.It was that good that we had booked 3 nights and wanted to stay an extra night..asked the lovely Maria and of course it was no problem.
Location is great and room and bathroom are a decent size.We had absolutely no issues with it.Only thing was that is was quite difficult to find as signage is minimal.
Made our stay in Sorrento very easy and relaxing!
