We stayed with our family of five including kids aged 16, 13 and 10. The flat is in a good location - about ten minutes to walk to the train station and to the town centre, about twenty to walk to the harbour (but more like 30 minutes coming all the way back up the hill!), with several nice shops including a fruit and veg, a delicatessen and a pastry shop just around the corner. The flat is spacious and clean, there are plenty of towels in the bathroom, good hot water supply, comfortable beds and there is free wifi. The kitchen is rather sparsely equipped - e.g. no wine glasses, just a tiny kettle that didn't work properly. It was fine for breakfast but you couldn't attempt to cook more than a very basic meal. There is a small TV but no DVD player, which our teenagers would have appreciated. The owner was very friendly and helpful, gave us a nice welcome and some local advice. We had a comfortable stay and thought it was good value for money.

Stephania was very helpful to us.
It is a bit like being at home- good & bad.
There was no regulation of the heat ( I'm not sure about A/C). It came on at a designated time & degree which no one can control.
The washing machine was great but there was no dryer- & it rained 6/7 days we were there.
The location is residential & mostly quiet, but very hard to find- on a side street, with limited parking.
It was overall a good deal for the money.
