The hotel was absolutely clean and very comfortable. The staff very attentive and welcoming.
Free WiFi available in bedrooms and public areas. Good selection of food in dining room with 5 star staff. All food was hot not merely warm as we have experienced in other hotels.
We arrived near midnight due to delay in flight expecting to hunt around in Sorrento for a meal only to find a tray of food and drinks awaiting us in our bedrooms.
Drinks in hotel about the same price as in bars and cafes in Sorrento.
Our room was looking on to a main road but the double glazing stopped noise leaking into our room.
Very central hotel 5 minutes walking distance from main square.

We spent 3 nights here as part of a Travelsphere Top to Toe tour. The hotel is on a busy main street, but is ideal as you are not far from the centre. The room we had faced the main road, but the double glazing worked very well. The room was clean and basic, but adequate for what we were doing. There is a roof top sun terrace with a jacuzzi for when it is hot, Unfortunately we had torrential rain on and off whilst we were there. It is ideal for visiting the surrounding area, including the Amalfi coast anhd Capri. The food was adequate and the waiters were helpful and enjoyed a joke. There was waiter service at the table, but as a large group of 44 there was not exciting choices of meals. It may be different if you are an independent traveller.

Just had a lovely week staying at this hotel the staff were great could not do enough for you, the bedrooms are basic but large and very clean they is no swimming pool so if thats your thing stay away, the hotel is on the mane road leading bown to th piazza tasso very central to most things and easy walking considering how hilly sorrento is. For a 3 star this hotel was great, the head waiter was very charming and helpfull i would recommend this hotel to anyone!!

Room Tip: rooms on the back are quieter, but i prefered the one on the front to watch the busy traffice go bye and the people walking past

Stayed at this hotel as part of a Travelsphere Rome and Sorrento tour. In a good location just a short walk from the main shopping area, bars and restaurants. We had a nice room with a balcony on the road side of the hotel but it was quite noisy. The room was big, clean with ample storage. The best thing about this hotel was the staff, they were really lovely and nothing too much trouble. Breakfast was typically Italian, bread meat, cheese, yogurt and lots of nice looking cakes. I didn't try any as I don't have a sweet tooth. However, fruit was tinned. For the evening meal you had to choose what you wanted to eat at breakfast. Others on the trip thought that the portions were not large enough but they were fine for me. After many years of help yourself buffets it was an nice change to have waiter service even though the evening meal was at a set time - usually 7pm. All in all an excellent trip but it has to be said that Italy is very expensive and the Euros didn't go very far.

We stayed here as part of a tour. The hotel is in the town centre, it is easy to walk to the 'drains' and the marina. Staff are friendly, there is a comfortable lobby downstairs. Beds were comfortable, shower good, hot water failed once but they repaired that. There is a safe costing 1 euro a day - not digital, you get a big key to look after... The air conditioning may not be used until June 1 ( I think ) due to local laws. Breakfast is continental, yogurt, bread, cheese, ham, cakes, cereal, tea, coffee but strangely no croissants. The room was not hot and balcony doors could be opened. Storage is adequate. One of us is a light sleeper and found traffic noise kept him awake at times. Our room faced the back of the hotel with a view of the bay of Naples... and a car park. However, there was a dog living below us who owned the side road and kept us highly amused by chasing cars up and down it constantly. (Spot)!
The hospital is literally next door and emergency vehicles arrive every now and then with their sirens.
