My husband and I stayed here for four nights while on our honeymoon. The hotel itself was like nothing we had ever seen--so bright, colorful and beautifully-decorated. The views were absolutely breathtaking, especially from the room, which had floor-to-ceiling windows, and the outdoor patio on the top floor. The staff was excellent and extremely helpful and recommended a delicious pizza place downtown for lunch one day. The breakfast was unbelievable as well. We were devastated when it was time to leave and are looking forward to the time when we can return!

This hotel was gorgeous - rooms, location, room terrace/patio, view of the beach and Sorrento.
Check the photos - the real thing was even better. They were very accommodating in bringing a tray with wine & snacks to us on their terrace or in our room. Windows in the room were huge and had the most terrific views of Vesuvius, water, Sorrento. Staff was fantastic. I cannot say enough good. I would have liked to move in.

Room Tip: I only had our room to go on and it was perfect.

It's gorgeous! It's adorable! It's on the water, above the water all ocean views from everywhere! Another excellent choice for dinner. The hotel has stairs that take you down to the harbor below and we were able to dine while looking up at our room high above. It's breathtakingly beautiful that's all I can say. Our room was spacious and breakfast was unbelievable.

Room Tip: Room 12 is a spacious suite with two balconies overlooking the ocean.

We just returned from La Minervetta (arriving in England to a hurricane & 36 hours of power cuts !) and we spent a gorgeous 4 days at this hotel. Visually stunning, it clearly has been designed by an expert interior designer who knows what he is talking about. We met the charming Marco when we were there - he lives in the house & you definitely got the feeling that this is his baby !
The huge reception room was my favourite - there must have ben 1000 decorative pieces in this room from bowls to fish to boats to science experiments to...well everything. And the cohesion was sublime - unique & wonderful & enthusiastic design.
Our room (room 1) had stunning views with wall to wall windows looking out over the sea, Versuvius, the endlessly fascinating Marina Grande (little fishing village below), and Sorrento around the corner. All you could want in the rooms - great bed & crisp linen, lots of space & wardrobes, lovely bathroom - it just all ticked the right boxes.
One thing to note is that the hotel does not do lunches or dinners (but the breakfasts...wow!) - but it really is no great hardship to wander into Sorrento for a beautiful meal.
Thanks to the lovely Floriana who was doing all the emails with us & organised our stay, and Paulo & Roberto at night who also looked after us very well indeed.
To Marco...stunning, amazing, walking into the hotel was breathtaking.

Room Tip: room 1 was simply stunning

This hotel is a cut above when you are staying in Sorrento. The rooms are beautiful with views that are drop dead gorgeous (My wife fell in love as soon as she opened the door!).

The staff is extremely kind and helpful. They even arranged for a special dinner at a family owned restaurant 15 minutes outside of Sorrento. The owner of the restaurant's son picked us up from the hotel and returned us later that evening at no charge!

I love this hotel and will absolutely stay again!

We stayed for one night in the JR suite with the balcony....what a view. The hotel is perfectly located for the view and away for the tourist crush of Sorrento (but a very easy walk). The hotel is just stunning. Although we weren't fans of Sorrento, we thought this hotel was lovely and worth a visit.
