Stayed here for one night, I booked a room for 2 for about 77 Euros.

A few general things about European hotels I've learned on my travels:
- all tend to be small
- don't pull the cord in the shower, it supposedly signals an alarm to the front desk for help
- walls are thin
- I still don't know how to use that other bowl shaped sink-faucet thing next to the toilet

We stayed here for one night so we could visit the ruins of Pompeii the next day. We originally were thinking of staying in Naples, but read reviews suggesting to stay in Sorrento as it was more scenic and not as seedy. We were glad we stayed here because the small town is right along the coast and had some good pasta, pizza, and gelato. The hotel in general is quite small, as it is along the main street between shops. It is modern looking in the lobby, but the room was not quite as modern looking, but it was still a clean and quiet room to stay. Probably one of the most quietest rooms in Europe I stayed in.

The staff was very friendly. They helped us locate the nearest laundry rooms in town, where to find good pizza, and helped with the timing of the trains. They also normally charge for internet/computer usage in the lobby, but in the morning when no one was there, they let us use it free.

The location was more at the beginning edge of town near the train drop off. The town is not all that big to walk, so it was not hard getting around. It was just a block away from the main square.

Overall, I'm glad we stayed in Sorrento and this hotel before checking out Pompeii.

We were delighted with this hotel for a number of reasons. The location is excellent because you are right in the centre. It's also very reasonable in relation to pricing for hotels in sorrento. The main reason why we were delighted with this choice was because of the service. We have a small child and this hotel was very family friendly. The staff went out of their way to accommodate us at their hotel. We had a wedding to go to outside of Sorrento and they helped us travel there and back which was great for us with a small child. They also helped us with arrangements for trains etc. when we were leaving sorrento. We were delighted with our stay.

We chose this hotel for it's convenient location next to stores and restaurants. It is only a couple of blocks from the train/bus station and next door to a grocery store. The staff was helpful and nice. We had a room on the second floor and it was quiet in the evenings.

The electricity went out twice while I was using their hair blower. Not sure if that caused the problem (European hair blowers take longer time to dry my hair) but they had back up generator that returned the electricity quickly. The second day the maid forgot to leave towels but the hotel desk quickly bought us some. I guess the only disappointment in their breakfast (and this is small) is that coffee is from a machine.

Thoughtfully and tastefully decorated hotel about 5 minutes walk from the Circumvisuviana train station. Conveniently located next to a supermarket in the main city piazza. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was standard hotel fare. Room and washroom was bright, clean, quiet, and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay here very much!

Stayed here while on a small group tour which covered the Sorrento/Amalfi peninsula, Pompeii and Herculaneum, and Capri. Good base for this sort of trip, with clean, compact rooms, friendly and helpful staff. Convenient to a host of restaurants. Our room had a small balcony overlooking a main street, Corso Italia, but wasn't particularly noisy when the balcony door was closed. In good weather one can sit on the balcony, which has two chairs and a small table, and enjoy the passing scene. While the hotel is comfortable, it is not luxurious.
The breakfast room offers a couple of juices, fresh croissants, so-so bread and hard rolls, pastry, one or two kinds of fresh fruit, ham, cheese, three or four kinds of cereal, yogurt, etc. There's a good sized supermarket next door, but the rooms are not set up for eating in.
There's internet available for a small fee, although our tour included it. Only one computer, but with only 12 rooms that wasn't a big problem. Room TVs have an English channel or two; a wider selection is available on the TV in the breakfast room.
