Location was difficult to find & hard to enter the complex. Rang the phone number several times but no answer, luckily for us someone was exiting so he let us in. Directions were non existant.
The room was ok but crowded for a triple room. The shower water was cold. Very noisy due to heavy traffic.
Several gates & doors & about six keys to gain entry.
Breakfast was terrible. A small coffee & a large croissant coated in icing sugar. Gross!
It did have a lift & air con.
Room & bathroom were clean.

I had a very happy time at relais amore. It was very clean and near from the beach. And the breakfast was not bad. I enjoyed this profits with reasonble price. The only disadvantage of this accomodation is it is hard to find where it is althought it is not far from the station and beach. So please take the information of the location. ah! I forgot say to this. Do not put your cosmetics anywhere. in my case, the cleaner used my emelsion.

We had the double room with kitchenette and a shared balcony. The room was spacious and nicely decorated. The bathroom had a stall shower and hairdryer. We were unable to get CNN or anything in English on the flatscreen TV

kitchen: no coffee maker, but a good selection of pots and pans. Thanks to previous posts, I defrosted the refrigerator on arrival. The room overlooks a fairly busy street, but the noise lessened at night and was not at all a problem. We did sleep with the door to the balcony shut.
The king bed was very comfortable. There were no issues with the cleaning people as mentioned by other guests.

Daniela and Antonella were incredibly helpful to us in reporting stolen credit cards, dealing with finding Western Union and allowing us use of the computer. They also made suggestions and answered questions related to sight-seeing.

The final e-mail instructions on finding the apartment weren't received before we left home.

According to Google maps it is an 11 minute walk from the train/bus station to Relaise Amore. We are over 70, but in good shape and we walked with our suitcases.

There is a small grocery store around the corner, and plenty of good places to eat close by. All the tourist sites are within easy walking distance.

I could not have been more pleased with this place. It's four star experience for a two star price.

The unit was clean and well presented. Staff were friendly. But, it is not a traditional B&B. It is an apartment in a unit block that has been converted. There is no access or signage from the road. After looking for it, you give up, and call them and they come and let you in to the complex. In our "elegant" unit there was no tea or coffee making facilities, no refrigerator, and no table or desk (as advertised). For breakfast, you are given a voucher to go to a nearby bar for a coffee and a dry crosoint. Price is reasonable, but it did not live up to expectations raised by web site content.

okay, so maybe the only reason that I choose this place was because it was the cheapest that I could find for that weekend. But it is cheap for a reason. The single room is tiny, which was expected but the bed was so uncomfortable. The bathroom was fairly clean, but the room wasn't great. Gaining entry to this place was a bit challenging. It has a really random set up in a block of units that doesn't really work so well. I didn't go for the free breakfast because there are some little places in town that seemed better. It is a little bit of a walk to the train station and probably too long with a suitcase. Super average bordering on bad...probably best to stay away. And you really can hear everyone coming in and out, not good at all.

We stayed here two nights and took three rooms.
Rooms were good but faced street which was horrendously noisy,
even with windows closed which really need double glazing.
Maybe they have quieter rooms?
Swimming pool was empty too.

Breakfast was in cafe next door and we were disappointed
to find it consisted only of one croissant with no jam etc.
and one cappuccino. In the thirty hotels we stayed at around Europe this time offered
much more than this.
I would try and find something next time off the main road.

Room Tip: Try and find a quiet room.

We booked this apartment via another Company and one of the main reasons for choosing this property was the advertised us of the pool in the communal gardens. This however, was not the case and although arrangements were made for us to use a nearby hotel this was not very convenient. We suffered no hot water the first week of our stay and were told by Daniela the Manager that the problem was sorted. However, despite this we suffered cold water twice during the second week. The location is convenient to the centre of the town but the road is extremely noisy all day and all night long, restful sleep was difficult. When our apartment was cleaned the kitchen bin was not emptied and the tea towels not renewed. The Wi-fi did not work and when we spoke to the Daniela about this she offered us the use of the office computer but it didn't work on that computer either even when Daniela herself tried to get a signal.
