We were walking up to Villa Jovis (the ruins of Emperor Tiberius's house) on Capri when we stumbled across this little gem of a family owned and run cafe/bar. With hindsight it is actually fairly well signposted, but you have to be looking out for it. We rounded a corner just as we were about to give up due to the heat and almost fell through the gate. The food was simple and tasty, the service friendly and the views amazing. It sits a couple of hundred metres above the sea, overlooking most of Capri Town and the main harbour. Sitting at one of the tables here is a stand-out memory of 10 days in Italy.
