I had the pleasure of staying in the Tiberio Palace on Capri in late May of 2014 for three nights. I booked the hotel fairly blindly based on a few reviews I read and the price. I was looking for something a little upscale yet affordable. The photos I found at the time didn't influence my decision very much, as I found some of them to be a little inconclusive. However, to my surprise, the Tiberio Palace turned out to be one of the highlights of a 24-day excursion through Italy. This is without question one of the nicest and friendliest boutique hotels I have ever experienced. And I stayed at Le Sirenuse in Positano. Tiberio Palace was a better experience. The staff is obviously very carefully selected and extremely well trained to provide exemplary customer service. The location is very nice -- close to many of the best restaurants in Capri. The views are beautiful, and the bar is very relaxing and refined. The room I stayed in was flawless. I very highly recommend this hotel, and I will stay there again upon my return to Capri.

As part of our honeymoon we at the Tiberio Palace in Capri for three nights this June and were blown away by the service, beauty and tranquility of the place. It's in a great location in Capri. Walking distance to everything. Giada and the rest of the staff were overly accommodating and had great recommendations that made our trip special. We traveled all over Italy for our trip, but this hotel and the staff blew our mind.

Room Tip: All rooms are good rooms! The views of Capri are breathtaking and the hotel is spotless.

This hotel is straight out of architectural digest. Incredible views and imaginative decorations. The rooms are large and have views. The restaurant for breakfast (included), lunch and dinner is very good. Didn't get to use the spa but was disappointed by the water experience -- no hot tub and no attendant to help you navigate. Concierge and all the staff were very helpful. They arranged a lovely boat tour for us and when a fuse blew in our room came straight away to fix it. Only service issue was they don't transfer you from the port to the hotel. They meet you at the port and will take your luggage for a fee, but give you funicular tickets (also charged back to you) to get to the hotel on your own. At certain times the funicular line is very, very long. For these prices (1,000 euros a night) thought they would have arranged a door to door transfer and not charge extra. Hiking through the narrow streets with our luggage to leave was not fun. Overall though, great location and beautiful place to stay,

Room Tip: Sea view rooms cost more but the terraces are lovely and worth the difference.

We stayed at the Tiberio Palace for two nights in June. From start to finish the staff were friendly, professional and efficient. We were given a free room upgrade upon arrival which was completely unexpected but wonderful. My husband and I treated ourselves to a facial which was by far the best we had ever had and worth every single euro!! The decor and furnishings are so cleverly done with something to admire at every corner. Thank you Tiberio for a truly memorable stay, we would love to return but better let my mum recover from having the children first!!

Absolutely loved this hotel!! Giada and David at the front desk made us feel welcome and at home the moment we arrived.
Our room was a nice size with lots of little touches like a free mini bar and snacks. (Yes ….a free mini bar…unbelievable!!)
This is a hotel for those that want to feel “at home” yet want something classy, quiet, modern and understated.
The hotel is wonderfully decorated with contemporary designs and nice touches wherever one looks. Probably the most stylish hotel I have been to. Congratulations to the Interior designer!!!
The kosher food we had was excellent but a tad expensive considering the size of portions.
The staff were excellent, as expected from an establishment of this standard.
It is in a great position, not far from the Piazzetta, and offers some fab views of Capri.
Highly recommended!

We were for a weekend in Capri and decided to stay in this hotel for the first time. The hotel is very nice, tasteful furniture and the service is very good. Some people are very young but extremely nice and helpful, able to understand clients' needs. I booked early in advance a weekend package for two suites garden view (the other choice was sea view) for more than 400€ per night. When we arrived in the room we realized that our garden view was actually a view on the solar panels on the roof. This was very disappointing as i paid for something else than i got. I wonder why such a beautiful hotel cannot be transparent to the clients in order to better manage expectations. When i told this to the persons at the reception, they were pretty helpless as they were mentioning it was not depending on them. It's a pity as i would have probably been back (if this didn't happen) to the hotel as i go to capri every year but i will probably will not.

I would give this hotel "10" stars if I could. Walking into the Hotel we were blown away by the decor and the view of the sea. It is beautiful in the style of 1960's Palm Beach. It also has the feel of being in someone's seaside villa. We were greeted by Max at the front desk and we were given VIP treatment from that moment on by everyone . Our room was beautiful, every room is decorated differently. On our second day we were given a tour of the property by the GM Giada who surprised us with an upgrade to their finest suite, which was like a mini apt. with the most breathtaking sea view, the reason.... Because they like to do that when they can. We can't wait to return next year and years to come!!! P.s. You must visit Davide in the bar!!!
