Tastefully and recently renovated, this hotel is really charming. The staff is very kind, the room is well furnished, the bathroom is wide, clean and fully equipped.
It's a shame that the sorrounding area isn't so clean and elegant as the hot

The Palacco Caracciolo is housed within a magnificent building with peaceful interior courtyards yet right on the edge of the hustle and bustle which is Napoli. Took the bus from the airport and got off at the first stop by Central Station. From there, depending upon how you negotiate the chaotic traffic system, it is an easy 10 minute walk to the hotel. Reception service is smooth and efficient and we were allocated, as we had requested, a first floor room overlooking the main courtyard. The room was tranquil and well appointed, if slightly small, but the large terrace balcony with furniture made up for this. The bed was very comfortable with top quality linen and we had a restful nights sleep. The hotel is situated just a short walk away from the historic centre which has numerous restaurants and cafes and we chose to wander there in the evenings for a meal, so cannot comment on the hotel's restaurant. Again we did not breakfast at the hotel as we were in Napoli to explore the City and a coffee at a pavement cafe to people watch was part of our experience. Loved the City and would recommend this hotel.

Room Tip: Chose one with a terrace/balcony on the first floor overlooking the main courtyard

Very good hotel for business trips. Located at the proximity of old town area. Rooms very nice and clean. Quiet area but quit far from city atractions. Restaurant could be trieseed but pay attention to make reservation (special on rainy days).

Stunning little hotel at very good value in Naples. We had a lovely room with a balcony overlooking the restaurant courtyard area, the room was a little dark, but was nicely decorated and the balcony area was lovely. We ate at the hotel restaurant which was very poor value, but overall we enjoyed our stay here, would recommend this hotel :)

We stayed for 2 nights at the Palazzo Caracciolo. The rooms were pretty small but quite comfortable. We asked for connecting rooms with our teenage boys which they didn't have but they put us next to each other. The twin room was bigger than the double room though! The staff were friendly and helpful and gave sound advise about where and when to walk to the streets of Naples. The car park is not on site; they Valet at EUR35 which is pretty steep (or you can self park for much less than that).

We were overwhelmed at the comfort and friendliness offered by this great Palazzo hotel in Naples. It is located in a neighbourhood that may appear a bit rough but which we found to be safe enough to allow us to walk around freely without worrying. As long as you dont go round displaying expensive jewellery or top-end elecronics, the area is fine. The hotel itself is in an impressive ex-palace building. It boasts generously sized rooms with all comodities and modern bathrooms. Rooms are and feel very clean. Some rooms have balconies facing the interior patio with great views of the other balconies. It makes the perfect setting to have breakfast overlooking the beautiful inside of this Palazzo building. I dont think I'll want to stay anywhere else next time I visit Naples but Palazzo Caracciolo Napoli.

Room Tip: Ask for a room with balcony and facing the interior patio
