This a modern and elegant hotel at the centre of Naples, near the waterfront. We stayed for three days at first (December), got a car, went to the Amalfi coast for a couple of days and came back for another 2 days. The staff was very helpful, especially Massimo. The surroundings are decent, walking distance to many tourist sites, particularly the two medieval castles. There are plenty of restaurants around, would recommend walking to Toledo neighbourhood, five minutes away, for the traditional restaurants. The hotel has a great rooftop. Rooms are spacious, clean and modern. Breakfast is average. Strongly recommend and would stay again.

La Ciliegina is a quirky little hotel, drenched in white, and on one floor of a commercial building in the heart of Naples, near the waterfront and the historic city center. I imagine it is geared towards business travelers, but this couple didn’t have any complaints: the staff was extremely helpful, the bathroom was the best we encountered in our 25-day stay in Italy, and the room was thoughtfully appointed, with a nice bed (a bit too high-tech though; it was difficult to figure out the various switches ). Note that there is no restaurant or breakfast room, so the complimentary breakfast is delivered to one’s room. All in all, while the hotel is a bit expensive, my wife and I did feel pampered!

Very interesting and positive hotel with extremely beautiful and functional design - inside and the neighbourhood viist feeling - outside. It's really top!
Be sure to check the map before arriving, the hotel has no half-house size signage or bright-pointers.
Garage service is expensive, but it's the normal range for Naples.

This place really is a hidden gem! While it is not immediately apparent how to find the hotel entrance, as it is on the 3rd floor of a mixed use building, as soon as you get out of the lift and see the entrance you know you have chosen a GREAT place to stay!
The room was very large and comfortable with great features and fitting like remote control windows and shutters and a jacuzzi shower, but the best thing about this place is the staff!
I was amazed at just how far they were willing to go to help me out with some issues I had in Naples (that were nothing to do with the hotel at all) and they even followed something up for me in their own time! Amazing service and acted like it was just part of the job!
Would DEFINITELY stay there again and will recommend the place to anyone who is going to Naples!!!

A little expensive but well worth the convience of being close to the Center of old town. Staff is very attentive
and geared to serve foreign travelers. A bit hard to find
since it is located off a side street and on the 3rd floor
of a building that looks nothing like a hotel. Within walking distance to the many alfresco dining establishments on the Via Partenope.
