We had an hour before we needed to get on the train to Rome after visiting Pompeii for the day and we knew we wanted to try real pizza from Napoli. After researching Tripadvisor we decided this place was close enough to walk to and had great reviews. Walking outside into Napoli for the first time can be a bit overwhelming and when we walked by this pizzeria I wasn't sure if I was ready to commit to sitting down. Luckily, the owner I believe, saw me hesitating and welcomed us inside. It was this one little gesture that made me feel at ease. The pizza here is absolutely amazing. They have a menu in English so I knew exactly what I wanted. My brick oven pizza was just how chewy and delicious I'd always imagined a pizza from Napoli to be. And it only cost me 6 euros. I think I'm spoiled for all other pizzerias from now on. If you ever have a stop over in Naples, you really should visit here.
