My wife and I stayed here for one night of our 30 day honeymoon trip around Europe and it was the best night of our trip. Chiara and Umberto made us feel so welcome and really went out of their way to help. The room was great. Really spacious and nicely designed. The building is about five minutes walk off one of the main shopping streets in the Spanish quarter. Its also close to a metro and the restaurant and bar area. Awesome little neighbourhood with so much character. Naples is so much cooler than Rome! We'll be back for a longer stay next time!

Big bathroom, high ceilings, polite staff, personal approach to each client, good air conditioning, a hearty breakfast, near to the center of the city, beautiful building, very quiet in the room. View from the window is not so good like in all Naples hotels due to thin streets.

Friends thought we were crazy to stay in the Spanish Quarter area, but that's where you truly experience the character and culture of Naples! While some may be intimidated by the entrance courtyard, the B&B is comfortable, welcoming and clean and we always felt safe. We stayed in the Classic Suite and had a great bed, plenty of storage space and a huge bathroom with a good shower. Breakfast was tasty and plenty to get you started on your day. The cappuccino was delicious and served with friendly advice and restaurant recommendations. A map is provided when you check in, along with a tutorial about Naples and the most important museums and monuments. Everything is within walking distance (even for us seniors!) with the exception of the Capodimonte Art Museum and the catacombs...and even they were easy to access with the public transportation right down the street. Plenty of wonderful restaurants are close by. We took a taxi from the airport (which is probably a good idea if you have bulky luggage to drag along with you), but you could also get there with a pretty simple combination of bus and metro if you're adventurous.
My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Spaccanapoli Comfort Suites and would absolutely stay there again!

Room Tip: The Classic Suite is across from the breakfast room but has a double door access so is very quiet.

This accommodation was in a great spot to experience Napoli. You are right in amongst the buzz of the city and the local residents!

Our room whilst not overly flash was neat and more than adequate. Breakfast was well equipped. The staff led by Umberto were all extremely friendly, approachable and most helpful. It was a professionally run B&B.

Now.....Napoli.....what a place, its gritty, vibrant, theatrical and has so much amazing architecture and sights. We never felt threatened and even walked down Spaccanapoli late at night to grab a pizza from Gino Sorbillo's....which incidentally lived up to its reputation as the pizza was sensational and worth lining up for!

Do not avoid Napoli, its well worth spending time in this amazing city, and this B&B enables you to be right in the thick of the action.

We chose this B&B after reading the exceptional reviews on trip advisor, and it absolutely did not disappoint. It is easy to see how this has achieved the trip advisor excellence award for the past two years.
The service was excellent, we arrived and straight away were given refreshments and local cakes, which were delicious. We were upgraded to the family suite, which was lovely. The entire B&B is a converted 17th century apartment, which has been refurbished to a very high standard in a very modern way. The art in the rooms was fantastic, and the combination of the modern and traditional worked very well. The exterior of the building belies the beauty within, and while the area may not be the best in town we never felt unsafe or threatened.
Adriana was keen to highlight the attractions that we should make sure to visit, and suggested routes to take. Unfortunately we were held up by rain, but the restaurant recommendations were lovely. The "del grifo" in town was a great local spot, and the trattoria al pignata near the hotel did some exceptional antipasti though booking definitely recommended. It was clear that the staff and owner genuinely enjoyed helping you and making your stay as good as possible, and are passionate about the business.
The breakfasts were lovely, and the dining room was quite special.

Overall, this was an absolutely lovely place to stay made particularly special by the exceptional service and desire to make the holiday the best it could be.

Room Tip: We stayed in the family suite, which was lovely. The original features in each of the rooms are love...

We selected this place after reading the reviews on tripadvisor. It was a good decision. We only stayed one night but our hosts were very gracious and helpful.

On the way to the B&B our cab driver warned us that we were staying in the Spanish quarter and to be careful! But we found our hosts to be very helpful and they provided us with directions, a map and suggestions for food and sightseeing. When we returned in the evening we were too tired after all the walking to go out to dinner and they graciously ordered our pizza and wine from a restaurant and had it delivered. They set up the dining room usually reserved for breakfast so we could enjoy our meal. It was so lovely to relax in there after our long day.

The next day they allowed us to store our luggage after we checked out and again offered suggestions for touring. We returned later to retrieve our luggage.

It was a delightful place to stay. There's an elevator for the use of the guests and a nice breakfast to start the day. From its location you can walk to the spaccanapoli area or to the coast (and more traditional shopping). Our room was comfortable and the bathroom was spacious. In our bathroom there was an overhead tank of hot water that the kids were unaware of and found themselves showering with cold water because they showered too long.

Yes, what you read about Naples is true. It's dirty with garbage piled in the streets. The bank we walked by had been egged and still late morning no one had cleaned it off. Yes, some of the cab drivers will rip you off if you don't strike a bargain in advance. Yet, some of the most gracious and personable people we met were in Naples.

I hope to get to Naples again (24 hours wasn't enough!) and I want to stay here!

Room Tip: My brother had a "single" and he found it rather small for his tastes so if traveling alon...

We stayed at the Spaccanapoli Suites for four nights last April.

There's not getting away from the fact that the B&B is located on the outer edge of Spaccanapoli. At times, the walk to and from the B&B can be daunting - especially at night when the neighbourhood really does come alive! That said, at no time did we ever feel in danger and it added to an authentic experience.

We had very gracious hosts who were happy to help us with sightseeing information, maps etc. The B&B is located in a traditional apartment building which gives it so much character! I loved it.

Our room wasn't anything fancy but it was homely and we had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. We had a great sleep each night and there were no issues with noise. The B&B is comfortable and there is a huge library of books which guests can help themselves to...as long as you return them before you leave! A really nice touch.

Breakfast offered all the usual items and there was plenty on offer to give you a good start to the day.

Naples is a city like no other and when I return, I'll be staying here again.
