Hotel Europeo & Flowers
Ranked #46 of 186 Hotels in Naples

The location of this hotel is great. It is right in the historic center, just a few mins away from the port and the Spaccanapoli street. I found the entrance easily since I knew it was behind a cafe, and there were signs. The hotel is next to the university, I felt very safe during my stay. If you want to go to the station, you can walk or take the subway for 1 stop.

The hotel is on the 4th floor and really beautifully decorated. The staff is really friendly and helpful. They definitely added something to the experience. They speak english really well which is great.

The rooms are basic (fairly small) but perfect for a few days when you want to explore Naples and surroundings. They are nicely decorated, airconditioning works great. There is a safe available, just ask at the reception for the key. TV works fine, bed is comfy.
Bathroom is clean, shampoo and hairdryer provided.

Wifi worked perfectly (I was surprised since it often doesn't work in Italy)

I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone who is planning a trip to Naples!

Positive: Location, staff, rooms are nicely decorated, value for money.
Negative: Rooms are a little small
Tip: Ask the staff to explain how the gate works in the evening.

I travel a lot and I saw hundreds of hotels. This one is really nice located in the real historic centre, easy to reach railway station and sea port. Decoration of the hotel and rooms are higher of any compliments. Nice rooms, equipped with new TV set, air conditioning, safe box, etc. i strongly recommend staying here to explore Naples.

The hotel is located perfectly if you want to stay in the historic centre of Naples. The are is close to the university so you will see a lot of students around the area. The area feels very safe and the hotel is just a few steps from the Spaccanapoli street. The hotel is a bit difficult to find at first but ask for the directions from the hotel, they are very helpful. The hotel is located in the 4th floor of a residential building but no worries, there is a lift (very small but still there is one). The rooms are very simple and small but clean and at least we had air conditioning. The view from the room is to a courty yard. The hotel is very cute inside, they have nice paintings on the walls and in the room. There is no breakfast served in the hotel but you can find nice coffee shops close by. They have wifi but it is not that great (typical in Italy). The staff was nice and helpful.
Just be sure that you get a receipt for everything you pay for. We had to pay the tourist fee twice because the staff member did not remember to make a note on the first time and when we were leaving he did not believe us when we told that we had paid for it already (we did not feel like starting a fight over 6 euros).
But overall a very good hotel! :-)

Excellent hotel in the heart of historic Naples. The staff was very friendly and informative. The area was safe and easy to get to at night. Everything is walking distance from the hotel. Great value stay if your visiting Napoli for a short period of time.

We stayed 2 nights and it was a pleasant stay right in the centre of the Old Town even though there was one problem: we were given a new room but with no air condition and were advised by the staff to open the window! Really? So we did having all the smells and noises of the city in our room. We needed earplugs to sleep! Be aware that the metro station is quite far away especially if you have your luggage with you and it is hot. Generally it is a nice place to stay but the lack of air condition in the summer is a joke. A bad one!

Hotel Europeo exceeded all my expectations for a hotel in Naples. The location is one of the many positives for this hotel. It is right in the middle of the historical center, very close to great pedestrian streets and squares, such as Bellini. The metro is about a kilometer (1/2 mile) away. The hotel itself is very clean and very cute- each room is well decorated. There was plenty of hot water, the beds were comfortable, and the staff were great; they all were excellent ambassadors for their city with their enthusiasm and knowledge. The hotel is also very secure. It is in a great area for bars and restaurants, but also extremely quiet. I recommend this hotel for anyone who wants to explore Naples.

Room Tip: I do not think there are any rooms that are not quiet.

My friend and I stayed in one of their twin rooms for three nights. The room was comfortable and clean. All essential mod cons were in place. We had a delightful time in Napoli - the food and people and sites were delicious, interesting and charming. The location of the hotel was perfect -right in the heart of the city.
