We booked directly on the hotel website. The location is very good in the old city center. Dante Metro Station (which now has direct connection with Garibaldi central station) is at 7-8 min walk. Hotel is located on the 3rd floor (there are elevator). The hotel staff was friendly, room very clean, fresh and rich breakfast. Excellent wi-fi connection. I had some problems with the equipment in the room but have been solved. Via Tribunale is full of shops and pizzeria. Room 211 was a bit cold and noisy because of the street and terraces that are around.
Overall was a good choice.

We'd booked another hotel for 4 nights but then plans changed so we needed an additional night. Our original choice was fully booked so I booked this for the extra night. It was a great find - at first it looks improbable, being on the third floor accessed through a rather scruffy courtyard, but don't let that put you off. The receptionist was very welcoming and friendly and gave us all the information we wanted about the locality. Our room was big enough to host a party (not that we did) and breakfast was more than adequate. It's just off the lively Via Tribunale in the historic centre of the city - a great location.
If ever in Naples again (and we loved the city) we'll go back to this hotel.

Room Tip: Rooms facing the Via Tribunale might get a bit noisy.

Very nice hotel, in the old city center of Naples, a perfect location for sightseeng. Everything clean, friendly people I don't think you can really find anything better in this price-category. Breakfast was rich according to Italian standards. Would book this hotel again.

This is a wonderful budget hotel in Naples. The staff are so friendly and very willing to help. The location is pretty good because it is close to the train station. You can easily take a day trip out to the Amalfi Coast of Pompeii. The breakfast actually was pretty good! The hotel is in a tiny alley way just off a pretty busy street with pedestrians. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Room Tip: Stay close to the train station.

It's nicely located but it under expectation wrt to what u pay. The rooms are large but "cold". The room I had was quite close to the reception so very noisy, the bathroom needs some restoration (shower was broken and water was going out on the floor), the bed short. Opening the window a bad smell from the restaurant on the street was coming in the room. The breakfast was not included in the price but on the streets there are a lot of bars. Overall ok for a very short staying.

We were Naples for four days and we stayed in Neapolis. We were very satisfied with the hotel, the staff, and the food. The staff is very friendly, and our room was cleaned every day. There's also airconditioning. It's not the most luxurious hotel in Naples, but if you want value for your money and not spend loads of money, then I recommend this hotel. The location was 15 - 20 minutes walking from the shopping centre, which was a minor drawback. Also the wifi did not function but that was not important, there are two computers at the reception to use that are free.
