Stayed in Centro Storico for one night whilst in Naples.
The hotel is fine and staff were very helpful - they recommended we eat out in the Via Bellini area which had a great vibe and lively nightlife. It was roughly a 15min walk from the hotel.
Breakfast was fine and rooms clean but on small side. Main downside was the poor quality air conditioning which, in the height of August, made the room and overnight stay a bit uncomfortable.

Excellent hotel in a great location close to piazza del gesu.
The sfaff were very helpfull and the rooms were cleaned daily by friendly staff.
Breakfast was continential and filling and consisted of Salmon, Salami and ham with eggs and also a choice of two cerals.
Tea and juices were also provided as were tasty cakes for after breakfast.
I'd definetly return to this restaurant if I was to return to Naples.

We stayed for just one night, having chosen the hotel because of its location. The room was well appointed, the bed comfortable, the bathroom clean and functional. Couple of things - like so many modern hotels, it felt somewhat impersonal - they should try putting up some photographs of the old Naples maybe? The internet connection had to be renewed every time which was annoying. And we did not care much for their breakfast - it felt somewhat on the budget side, i e, the cups and glasses were tiny, the cakes not of best quality, hard-boiled eggs stony cold, cheese cut into tiny pieces. But on the whole, the hotel was comfortable and convenient, and the service, excellent.

Was amazed at how peaceful it felt when you entered the hotel and particularly the room, even though you are in the middle of the city it was very quiet. Room was gorgeous. Everything exceeded our expectations. Staff very friendly and attentive.
Great Location, close to the port and the action of the historical parts of the city. Would love to come back and enjoy more time here.

A good location to get around from, this little hotel is well presented with neat, modern and clean rooms, a great base to which you go off exploring but come back knowing you have a restful night. Quiet considering the hussle and bussle outside. Breakfast is basic, cold meats, rolls, cake etc but certainly not offensive. Staff were pleasant enough but dont go out of their way to make you feel welcome (i think this must be a Naples thing). There is a metro nearby (2 minutes) which will take you to the circumvetsuvio line which heads off to Pompeii. If you are looking for a comfortable base from which to explore, this hotel will definately suit you.

The hotel is very well located midway between the port and the Centro storico. The rooms are cleverly designed to maximize space and are clean, contemporary, have very comfortable pillows and bed, a TV & desk, sound-proofed windows and a very nicely designed bathroom with comfortable towels and complimentary shampoo, soap & bath gel, bathrobe and slippers.
What really impresses me though is the exceptional service of every staff member. With the chaos of Naples, it is refreshing to be warmly welcomed and treated as a personal guest. They kept this level of friendliness and helpfulness at all hours. They were very professional and tenderly strove to make sure you are happy and well-cared for. They also offer a useful complimentary morning shuttle to Museo Capidomonte.
The location is wonderful. In 15 min you can reach the port, in 10 min Via Toledo and Spaccanapoli, in 5 min Piazza Gesu and both Gesu Nuovo & Santa Chiara cathedrals, also in 5 min Piazza Bovio, and in 1 minute the beautiful church of Sant'Anna dei Lombardi. Next door to the hotel is a supermarket where for 0.20 euro you can buy 2litres of spring water, wines and beer, groceries and it has a 24hour purchasing vending window. Also next door are numerous cafes, where you can get fresh squeezed juice and hot croquettes and arancini. Right outside is the bus stop where the convenient R4 and 201 bus stops, in addition to a list of other busses. Restaurants nearby are La Cantina di Masaniello in Via Donnalbina and Ristorante Osteria Il Garum at Piazza Monteoliveto.

The room may be small but it adequately fulfills your needs as it is strategically designed to maximize your space if you organize your belongings. The closet is designed for your luggage storage, has its own light and full length mirror, adequate storage for clothes and items and sufficient hangers. The contemporary desk functions as a desk or a table by arranging the flap and can hide anything you want inside them – papers, or your laptop when you’re done for the day. You also have counter space behind the extremely comfortable bed. The strategically and contemporary designed bathroom is large and has two powerful double showerheads, a separate adjustable lighted shaving/makeup mirror, hairdryer, bidet and toilet with disposable bags and is clean and functional.
The breakfast is part of the room price and is adequate with a selection of juices, sparkling wine/Prosecco, fresh fruit salad, tomatoes and salad, yogurt, cheeses, sliced deli meat & smoked salmon, breads, cereals, jams, and cakes. Cappuccino/espresso can be served to you from the café, otherwise you can get it with the self-serve machine.

Good hotel, well situated in downtown Naples, close enough to everything - we never had to take public transportation. The room we had was a bit small in size but clean, stylish (exact same as professional pictures) and very quiet. Super nice staff as well.
