We have ported in Naples on several occasions, but never spent any time in the city. We always took the excursions to the Amalfi Coast, Pompeii, and other areas. We only new Naples from what we saw from the ship. We are so happy we were able to contact Stefano and see Naples as it really is. We saw a city we were amazed with and surprised at all the many sites. We went to the Museo Cappella Sanservero and the sculpture of the veiled Christ. We have seen many different sculptures around Italy, but nothing compares to what you feel as you walk around it. We would have never found it on our own and appreciate Stefano making a point of showing it to us. We had a great lunch and were probably the only Americans in the place, but what great food. Something about eating pizza in its birthplace makes it taste even better. We highly recommend Stefano and will definitely be calling him when we visit again.

My husband and I had an amazing day visiting Pompeii and Positano with Stefano! You can’t go wrong by choosing Stefano. We 100% recommend him! The day we spent with him was one of the highlights of our 12 day trip to Italy. We came into Naples from Rome (where we were staying) on the fast train for a day trip (my friend who is from Rome said Naples/Amalfi Coast were a must see so we made the last minute decision to squeeze it in and we are so glad we did!). Stefano planned the day perfectly for us (which I was grateful for since I had planned the other 11 days and was tired of planning!). Stefano met us on the train station platform in Naples and we went with him to meet our driver outside (we didn’t realize we had a driver and a guide…so that was pretty awesome!). We then went to Pompeii where Stefano had arranged a private tour for the two of us with an officially licensed Pompeii tour guide…which was absolutely amazing! We would have never been able to enjoy Pompeii as much as we did without a guide! Then we went on a gorgeous drive from Pompeii to Positano…stopping along the way for some gorgeous views. (And we were very happy to have a driver on those winding narrow roads!). Stefano oriented us to Positano and gave us time to walk around, enjoying the views, weather and gelato! It was a great day. We were hesitant because this was definitely the most expensive day of our 12 day trip to Italy but it was worth every penny! We can't wait to go back to Italy and will definitely be in touch with Stefano again regarding our future trip. Choose Stefano and Colours of Naples…you won’t regret it!

Late January 2013 my fiancé and I went on a special vacation to Rome. On the second day, I hade arranged a tour to Tuscany for an all day activity and tasting great wines at the green hills of beautiful Tuscany’s vineyards. Yes, it was late January and the weather was not so bad and sunny for most part unlike the other European countries during that time of year. For one thing, there was no traffic, and I mean not so many tourists in January in Italy, which made everything much easier. However, for the first time in Italy and knowing very little about location and language we met Mr. Stefano (Tourist Guide and Expert). Mr. Stefano was our guide on Tuscany’s trip and his knowledge, professionalism and friendly demeanor impressed every one in the group. Therefore, we decided to have him as a private advisor during our one-week stay. He had full knowledge on entire Italy, not only Tuscany and Rome. After taking a good honest advise from him, we decided to visit Naples and the Island of Capri. He also helped as to get our train tickets from Rom at the train station because the fact we didn’t know which train to take. Beautiful trip on the hydrofoil to Naples. He had full knowledge of all restaurants in area and helped on translating the menu because not all of them were in English. Again, to us it was the language difficulty fro most part and saving time and money to get much more for that one-week stay. He spoke few languages fluently including Arabic. Mr. Stefano was not the most expansive service but more like a friend on board who offered his help, as we were his guests and not just customers from another country. I recommend Mr. Stefano to any one who wants to get more out of their vacation than just an expensive package offered on traveling web-sites and especially to those who are in Italy for the first time. After all and most importantly my fiancé was pretty impressed and happy for the smart decision that I made to have a private expert as a tour guide.
