We stayed there two days visiting Naples. Came by car, hotel offered free of charge secured parking, which is a luxury in this city where parking is nearly impossible. Service very friendly and helpful. They explained well use of public transport to the old town and gave lots of tips in perfect English. Metro is five minutes walk from hotel. Old town easily accessible by metro. Rooms perfectly clean and modern. Breakfast mostly sweet style. Overall very nice stay.

Nice hotel. The room was clean and the staff kind.
Sound proof, the trains can barely be heard.
The breakfast is the same every day and the food offer lacks variety.
It can become annoying after several days.
The parking doors are opened from reception desk so most of the times you need to get off the car and dial a number on a panel. It would have been nicer to have a card and open the door yourself.

We travelled to Napoli in november 2014. We choose the hotel based on the tripadvisor reviews. The hotel is very clean, environment friendly. The room was nice and comfortable. My son was very happy as he had his own 2 persons bed.
We arrived late, at 10.30 pm. The stuff was very friendly and willing to help us.

The hotel is very close to a Carrefour supermarket. Very quiet neighbourhood.

The only weak point is that the breakfast, although good, was the same every day.

Loved to stay in Hotel Cristina!

Very disappointed with this hotel. We'd gone through a lot of pains to find a suitable hotel for ourselves and when we finally did, we booked a doubleroom there approximately four weeks in advance. The day before the hotel even confirmed our stay via phonecall.

On the day of our arrival we were forced to give up our room and to go to another hotel due to a group of passengers whose plane apparently didn't take off as scheduled.

The hotel we were made to stay in was not nearly as good- despite reviews.

This certainty isn't the way to treat guests.

We got an excellent rate for this hotel and having read the reviews were aware that it is out of town, which didn't really bother us. The rooms are very modern and well finished. The bathroom the same. The rooms must be soundproof though as even though it is on the main road we didn't hear a single car, noise from another room or anyone coming and going. There is a supermarket just round the corner to buy water and wine from and an in room fridge to keep it in. There is bar which offers room service or alternatively a small courtyard garden to sit in, unfortunately this was overlooked by buildings but not an unpleasant experience. Breakfast was ok. It had everything you needed to set you up for the day, coffee, fruit juice, fresh fruit, pastries, cereals, yogurts, scrambled egg and bacon, toast, jams, ham and cheese. It was a little repetitive but something for all tastes and did the job nicely. Although this hotel is out of town it is a 5 minute walk to the metro stop. This is great for day time sightseeing but be aware the metro ends at about 9pm and it was 15 euros to get a taxi back from town. The metro line is about 20 minute ride into town for 1.20 euro each way. No return tickets available but apparently there is a day rider ticket but we couldn't figure that one out. Great location and a few little pizzerias in the vicinity.
