“A warm welcome in the most Napolitano part of Naples”

Antonio who comes from Puglia does his outmost to run this homely but also classy B&B perfectly. You'll feel well looked after whether a family with children or on honeymoon. It's located in a charming part of Naples with narrow streets full of life. Its also very close to the centre and major historic and cultural sights. Our only "but": our room towards the street was noisy (also at night). If you prefer the aircon to an open window you'll probably have no concern.

Room Tip: Rooms towards the street are noisy (also at night) if you prefer an open window to the aircon.

We stayed with our two kids and felt safe and welcomed. Antonio is sincere and helpful. He advised us on great eateries all of which had their own amazing atmosphere. The breakfast is lovely and filling understanding that your in Naples and it's simple and traditional. We loved the local feel and atmosphere, there are normal-residential apartment surrounding us but we loved the feel of being central to the Napoltains normal everyday life. Our room was air conditioned and very tidy. We will stay here again, no concerns at all.

Room Tip: There where the normal sounds of a residential buildings it didn't bother us, we were all exhaus...

Fabulous place to stay in the heart of Naples. Easy to find using the metro from Naples railway station. Doesn't look much from the outside but inside it is beautiful, with high ceilings and lovely decor. Clean bedroom with a extra large bathroom - ideal. Great choice for breakfast. Landlord very helpful, happy to point out the main attractions in the local area. Would definitely stay here again or happy to recommend to others.

When I went to look for the place I wanted to run. The outside area is worn down, old, and it seems like an unsafe place to stay at. The inside is okay. You cannot really imagine the inside from the outside. I stayed in many B&Bs during my month trip. The beds were not comfortable, the toilet flushes after "100" pushes of a button, no air condition, and so incredibly noisy in the evening and through the night. The breakfast was simple. The owner is helpful and friendly.

Room Tip: I worried a lot about our safety, two women, but it turn out to be a safe place to be in. It is a...

I was too good, I show you the room and the B & B at 7:30.
The breakfast is more 'abundant, certainly after eating yoghurt 2, 3 slices of cake, croissant 1, 2 coffee, cappuccino 1 and 2 oranges, toasted bread with salami and cheese, it really does seem absurd to define our simple breakfast . Next time we'll find a roast with potatoes. I apologize if I was too sarcastic, but I think hypocrisy is a bad thing.
Sincerely, the owner.

The place is great, beautiful palazzo in a real napolitano neighborhood, not many tourists in general vicinity. Close proximity to many points of interests, easy walking distances if you like to walk. Under €15 cab from train station. Antonio was so sweet and helpful and offered great recommendations on what to see/eat. Breakfast was a nice variety, economy room was cosy yet comfortable, quiet and serene like a little bedroom in a grand apartment. A/C worked great! Would definitely stay again, Napoli is a great city to visit where you really feel the liveliness of the locals.

Antonio is an amazing host. Wonderful, gracious B&B. Rooms clean and comfortable. Breakfast delightful. It's a great location for walking to different places and close to the metro too. It's a really noisy busy neighbourhood so take earplugs for a good night's sleep. The plumbing takes a bit of getting used to and the Wifi was a bit patchy in our room but there were plenty of places to sit and relax and connect.

We only stayed for 2 nights which was a shame, since this place was perfect! The rooms was really nice and clean, with alot of space. But it really was our host and the owner that made this place special. Antonio was really nice, he recomended a rout for us the first night for what to see in Napels and whitch places to eat, he made a lovely breakfast every morning, and was through the whole stay very nice and helpful! The localization of this place was also very nice since it was close to the metro and the citycentre. The only thing was a bit of noise from the street below, but we was so tired that we barely noticed. We absolutely loved this place and Antonio, and are looking forward to our next stay there!
